I was sent an email by this company thanking me for allowing me to sell my home. I've never instructed this company to sell anything for me, least of all my home! I once booked a house viewing with them apparently. GDPR rules don't mean much to this company obviously. I instructed them to remove any and all details of mine, and allegedly they have, but not before receiving very officious email responses. Best to avoid this company in my opinion.

GoogleOverall I feel that the company is well known for selling great properties within the region but I had a bad experience with them personally.
I initially placed an offer on a property and following this had the property reevaluated by a property developer/ family friend. After realizing there was some issues I decided to retract my offer.
Since then, I have had a biased and unfair service from the company:
- Viewings not being offered at all when new properties were put on the site
- Being told lies by a particular colleague that another property I was interested in had an offer accepted on a Saturday however when I checked with another colleague a decision wasn't to be made by Monday, hence trying to budge me out of a potential buying situation which I found very disappointing
- Being told by the manager that I was in the first batch of viewings for next week but then receiving a call saying the property had been sold a week before 'first batch' viewings had commenced.
After complaining the manager finally got back to me to clarify that they are not mistreating me however I am yet to feel like they are trying their best to help me going forwards. I feel there is a sense of arrogance from the employees who feel they can toy with buyers at their own discretion.
Overall, I feel treated very unfairly by the company on multiple occasions and feel let down for just trying to purchase a home.
I DO NOT recommend this company to first time buyers as they will be left feeling demoralized and unmotivated in their search for a new home. I will not be contacting them again for their services.
2 star service at most.
