Like the online platform which means can manage the sale 24/7 however sometimes the lack of contact by the agents with the viewers can be frustrating as they don't always respond to the emails and texts sent from the seller. Think agents have a little more leveridge on that kind of information so maybe a little more input from them would be beneficial, perhaps as an additional service etc.

The agent was on time He was smartly dressed and welcomed us to the propertyHe was friendly and polite and provided detailed information about the property. I am allergic to cats so it was good to receive a warning (before entering) that there was a large number inside. The only area for improvement was more context about the location e.g. that the property was located in a conservation area.
