No problems, great service all the way through. Prompt onto market but never felt pushed, sold at exactly their valuation. Really valued having a direct named contact at each stage, and always had a call back if we didn't get through first time. Just don't use the solicitors they have a referral agreement with (Premier Property Lawyers).

Conveying staff polite and helpful. After sales however not so good. Maybe down to a member of staff that left as my offer was accepted but I had to do all the chasing and make initial contact when matters were taking far too long. The last 2-3 weeks after sales stepped up to the mark and were helpful
