My wife and I found Erin O’ Brien so accommodating to fitting us in for a viewing on a property. On arrival she is was very welcoming and cheery. It felt like our needs mattered, rather than just being another prospective viewer. As the property was bare in places, she helped us envisage where we could place items should it become our home. She was able to answer our questions and didn’t make us feel rushed. We actually commented to each other when we left on what a lovely estate agent she was. Having seen a fair few properties, we hadn’t had such a personal touch before.

We viewed 7 properties through the day and he was by far the best estate agent, giving us his full attention, being very helpful throughout! He was eager to answer any questions we had and if he didn’t know the answer, found out for us!

Great experience, from the moment we met Daniel Henley from the Stourbridge branch everything has been great. Communication has been excellent throughout and Dan explained the whole process and ensured everything went smoothly. The whole team have gone above and beyond to help us and Amy's photographs were excellent! Very professional, we would definitely use the team again and would highly recommend.

During the sell of our house we encounter many issues within the chain, Alex our Agent took it upon himself to gather information chase and push to get things back on track, without his efforts I think the sell could of fallen through on many occasions. Throughout the sell his advice and professionalism was indispensable. I would have no worries recommending him to anyone.
