Whilst this unfortunately fell through (due to no fault of A P Morgan!) the experience and service we received from Dan was second to none and made a potentially stressful time as easy as possible. Dan was friendly, professional, and bent over backwards to support us!

Wow! Made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. Ilene was professional and personal! Our house viewing went very well,the estate agent Manny was there on time to greet us. He explained about all the parking and entrances to theproperty. He talked us round the house pointing out each room and hidden cupboards which we may have missed. We were talking to the owner for some time but he waited patiently for us finish. I would say he did a good job.

Ilene worked very hard for us to get a completion date as we had a few issues along the way( not with ilene) she worked really hard to solve the issues and get a completion date really quickly. Ilene always answered my emails really quickly and chased everything to keep the chain moving and get a quick moving in date. Thanks again
