FacebookAbsolutely fantastic agents, I couldn't credit Chris and the team more. As a first time buyer this could have been one of the most daunting experiences and we had no clue where to start but the whole process from start to finish was professional and easy. Starting with the first viewing Chris made us feel at ease and took us through the process after we made it clear that we loved the property. Although working on behalf of the sellers, we were made to feel that they truly did care about us and how much we wanted to buy this property. From offer to completion we had the keys within a month and were kept up to date and reassured constantly. They even helped deciphering solicitor speak! However I must say that none of this would have been possible without the fantastic work of their in house mortgage advisor John. He worked tirelessly to get us the best mortgage offer and I still can't believe the deal he got us, he must have friends in high places! All in all a fantastic customer friendly company and if and when we come to move on I won't be going anywhere else.

House was lovely. Very well presented and well kept. The rooms were a good size and nicely decorated. More information could have been given on certain things eg age of boiler, what work had been done in the last few years. Main drawback on the house was the shared courtyard.The estate agent was helpful and friendly when showing us around the house.
