We got excellent service from A P Morgan from the viewing stage right on to the completion of purchase and Sale of our property. I want to call out Manny (Northfield branch) who quickly arranged viewings after we had an initial buyer drop out of the deal and went above and beyond to negotiate with our sellers. Also, want to call out Ileen (Redditch Branch) who helped through the difficult drawn out legal processes on the purchase side of things by following up almost on a daily basis with the solicitors to chase up outstanding items. In the final stages, ileen stepped up to manage the all the stakeholders (all solicitors in the chain) to ensure the completion date dedline was achieved.

The Agents Rep was very helpful and courteous. She patiently waited for us although we were running 15 minutes late. She took time to show us around and answered all of our questions satisfactory. Despite the fact that she had another viewing booked soon after at another location. Altogether it was a very pleasant experience.
