Had lots of questions regarding the property and was a little nervous as very interested in the property. Mark the agent soon put me at ease answered all my questions and was obvious he had done research on the property. He also made my 5 yr old grandson feel part of the experience by including him in our chats.

Just like to say a big thank you to everyone who had helped us with our purchase at A P Morgan. from start to finish they were professional and made buying in a competitive market like bromsgrove simple. We had been burnt previously buy another leading local agent... so were sceptical when offering, but we were treated fairly.There is only going to be one buyer for each house, and we had lost out on one through these guys, however we were not forgotten soon enough they helped us find our dream home! Josh and his team really have their finger on the pulse. When discussing our needs they listened and were never fazed. The phone was always answered quickly by a real person and we were kept informed. We were never pressurised Josh and his team always acted with cheerful professionalism. Plenty on the market to view. Nothing was too much and the after sales received by Samantha was exceptional. I was kept in the loop about everything, she did what she said she would do and always replied to my emails. I won’t use again because I don’t intend on moving again:) we have our dream home

GoogleThese people there are very cruel and corrupt we have been renting a house in birmingham since 2022 and this year in July because l was changed to work in another place l have to move out .l paud them money to cancel my contaract and allow another tenant to use place.whilst l was still there people came to view the house and there wanted to rent the house as soon as possible we left everything perfect but l until now there is no one renting the house if you called them there say there had already find someone to rent the house but there is no one and there are busy stressing us to pay the rent of almost £2000 yet there have the keys we are no longer staying there.Very disappointed.cheating ,greeed,selfish. now there are calling us to make it a police report.

I can only speak about our viewing with Mark Braizer who we found very professional and very knowledgable about the property, and to be honest we can only rate this viewing as absolutely top notch, Mark was very attentive and very friendly and made us feel at ease, a very pleasant viewing.

GoogleThis is un professional & racist estate agent, 5 previous offers rejected with out any explanation, on the 6th offer I waited 10 days for their reply if my offer accepted or not, eventually on Monday Oct.10th she came back to me that my offer is accepted & they are ready to exchange details, following day Tuesday she declined my offer again with out any explanation. Almost 3 months I was viewing properties advertised by this agent with out any result.

Firstly, your offers were rejected because you didn’t offer the highest price, your lack of budget is sadly not our fault. Secondly your review is the single most inaccurate and imbecilic ever left to our business. You claim racism, please note our business is owned and operated by people of all different races. Lastly the irony of your comments is only expounded by the fact your profile picture is of probably the most fascist dictator the world has seen in the last 60 years! Kindly find another agent to help you find a property as we do not wish to help you find a home.
