Amazing student landlords. Whites have been the perfect landlords throughout our 2 year tenancy in student accommodation, and have ensured we have had no problems. Any issues have been resolved quickly and professionally. Big shout out to Steve and Emma who looked after us! As students Whites have been amazing in ensuring we get the most out of our deposit at the end of our tenancy. Couldn't recommend Whites enough!

We have used Whites for over 8 years for managing our property rental and have had an excellent service from all the team. Everything was professionally managed and they really gave excellent advice as and when needed. They also found a buyer for our property at the right time and everything was handled without any fuss. Big thank you to all at Whites.

Adrian and his team have provided fantastic advice & support whilst their recommended contractors carry out work to my property to meet the HMO standards. Nothing appears too much trouble! Tenants were found within the first week it was marketed whilst the property was still a building site. I highly recommend Whites to other landlords who want an efficient stress-free service.

Whites had been managing my property for almost 6 years before I recently took the decision to sell. As I was not local to Northampton it has always been reassuring to know that I had a professional agent looking after my tenants. Considering how challenging the market has been lately I was impressed with how quickly the sales team were able to find a buyer; from marketing to completion in under 4 months! Highly recommended.

The property we took on rent from Whites Agent was provided with very good service including out of hours support as well. Also, we got prompt support whenever required for anything. Got full deposit back for small wear and tear. I would definitely refer them for any kind of lettings required.

I rented a property from Whites for over 2 years between 2019 and 2021 near Northampton Town Centre. They were very responsive with any issues, having people come out and see us on the same day for boiler problems for example. Always quick to respond to emails or any queries. I usually dealt with an agent named Alex who dealt with all queries from moving in until moving out in a prompt and professional manner. A great agency who returned our full deposit promptly upon moving out without issue. Thanks Whites.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I have been renting a property from Whites Estate agents for the past 18 months and i could not recommend the team and company enough. Through out the whole process they have been helpful, attentive and very professional and always dealt with me as if i was a client , not just the tenant which can be rare with other agencies. Alex has looked after me from the start and also found my new property and has been so helpful and supportive making the move so much easier than it could have been ! Thank you Whites Estate Agents , Alex and all the team - you have been fantastic !PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Where do I start, the agents have been nothing but helpful, we were in a bind in December where we only had two weeks to move out of our old property, due to the landlord selling the house. We contacted Whites and within two days had a house view put in place, they made the rent contract process so easy and even went as far as assisting us by allowing us to bring out move in date forward, each minor repair that was required before us moving in, was either completed by our move in date or immediately sorted out on a date that was convenient to us. We couldn’t have asked for a more friendly & helpful agency. :)
