GoogleI rented a property from Whites for 5 years. They were very responsive with any issues, having people come out and see us on the same day for boiler problems for example. Always quick to respond to emails or any queries. A great agency who returned our full deposit promptly upon moving out without issue. Thanks Whites

GoogleI was lied to and deceived when trying to end the tenancy and was kept in the tenancy 5 months longer than I should have, until I got independent legal advice. Whites took me to court, once I openly stated their lies and deceit, they backed off. Very unprofessional and borderline unlawful. Watch out.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleGreat agent. Sorted out a return after the old tenant left. This was done without any problems and done quickly. Then re-let the property. All within about 4 weeks (some other agents take about this long before they can even be reached on the phone!). I definitely recommend this agent.

They are a pleasure to deal with, you can easily get through to one of their staff who are knowledgeable and I find go the extra mile to give you peace of mind as a landlord. Maintenance issues are promptly dealt with by the professional contractors they work with. I feel in safe hands with Whites.

GoogleBought a house through these a few years ago. Handed over the keys while still talking on the phone, no congratulations, no thank you, nothing. Not a great image and as first time buyers it left a bitter taste.
