GoogleReally rate Makayla, she put us down for a property and ensured we got it, helped us when there was a slip up and has shown great customer service throughout. Made a stressful experience that less stressful.

GoogleI have been searching for an accommodation for over a month in Northampton as a Student with family but all the other agents were not considerate even with my 6months upfront rent until I came in contact with William h brown and my problem was over.

GoogleSo far this estate agent has not returned calls and has been inefficient at chasing solicitors to ensure that completion occurs on the day that it is supposed to. However, once a complaint was made to the manager and he was made aware of the situation, he went out of his way to help my son's sale a success.Thank-you Alan.

GoogleMy experience with William H Brown was great kept me up to date with how everything was progressing, but for your own sanity avoid their recommended solicitors/conveyancing company, at least for the time being anyway. Absolutely buzzing having my first home 😁 …

GoogleJust closed on our house sale and happy with the service provided. It took a little while to get moving on the sale however once I spoke with our case manager Alison Jones things got moving and everything was finalised really quickly.

GoogleRemortgaged my house with Steve Rowley, and let my flat out with David and Anthony. The whole team are friendly and helpful. Steve gives great financial advise and David and Anthony have been excellent with dealing with any issues I've had with renting my flat. Happily recommended them to anyone

GoogleGreat customer service from Makayla, in the lettings department nothing was too much trouble. She had great local knowledge and had produced a pack for me on my arrival. Excellent service.

GoogleWorst letting agency ever - avoid! Incompetent and impolite, no customer service. They want something, it has to happen ASAP. You have an issue - well good luck - be prepared to chase this for weeks until you sort it out yourself in the end.
