GoogleOur thanks to Joe & the team at Weston Favell for the smooth sale of my fathers house, the whole transaction was handled professionally with the minimum of fuss. We had 5 potential buyers within the first day of the property being listed. A first class service all round - Thanks again

GoogleI do not recommend this agency, they do not answer the phone, we were deceived, there was supposed to be no chain, but it turned out that there was, Before buying, repairs were supposed to be done, as bad as a broken hinge in the main door, there was no handle to exit to the garden from the kitchen, 3 skips of rubbish, we were assured that it would be done, after exchanging contracts, the agency's answer "that's how it sometimes is". This is unacceptable. After finalizing the contracts, they do not care about anything anymore. I definitely do not recommend!!!!

GoogleHad a great experience with the ORB team at Weston Favell from the day we went for our first viewing till the completion date. We bought our property through ORB and Emma was very helpful throughout the process, keeping us updated with how the seller's chain process is going and answering all our questions regarding the property. I would definitely recommend them.

Told my house was un-mortgageable and O'Riordan Bond advertised it for £160k for a cash buyer only. This week I have sold it through another company for £185k to a buyer with a mortgage! ORiordan Bond's stapline includes the word 'trust.' I wouldn't if I were you.

FacebookThe team at Brixworth did a great job in managing our sale from the valuation right through to completion. We knew we wanted to move but only to the right house and Adele offered her thoughts on how to go about this, giving us confidence throughout. We were well supported throughout the viewing process. Finally, during the completion phase, Laura was superb in keeping us informed and making sure everything was in place to complete the sale.

The house is now immaculate for the new tenants to move in and all done in a couple of weeks. For helping us to start our new lives together at our first beautiful home. From start to finish they’ve made us feel valued, safe and almost like family. Made the entire home buying process feel like a breeze! With multiple check-ins throughout, ensuring us that what waits for us at the end of the tunnel would be worth it, and yes, I can confirm that they have achieved that. Matt , Steph and Ben they are very helpful and and become my friends, Sophie Louise the mortgage advisor is just a "Legend " we received a mortgage in less than 3 weeks when an advisor before Sophie couldn't find anything in 2 months. Simple the best team.

GoogleSteph, Matt & Aidan have been such an amazing support system for us buying our first property. Walked in around 6 weeks having trouble with finding a house, they was straight on it, took our interests into what we was looking for, found the perfect house for us, that we can now call ours as first time buyers! The communication and trust you have with these 3, and the rest of the team is just amazing! GoogleAfter 8 years my tenant gave notice. I had never changed tenancy before ...the staff at ORB were outstanding from start to finish, patient, informative, efficient...I had just 2 weeks before they secured me a new tenant, referenced and all monies paid. In the two weeks the property was empty ORB organised painters and cleaners for me. The management fee with ORB is worth every penny. I would highly recommend them as a letting agent.

GoogleI have had the most wonderful experience from both Claire and Chelsea in regards to my rental. From my first meeting with Claire I felt that she had my interests at heart, and she had my home advertised , viewed and a tenant agreed in 5 days. Chelsea then helped with lots of e mails keeping me informed of the progress and answered any questions I had in an extremely timely manner. As a first time land lord they made this the most simple experience for me. Thank you.

Wouldn't recommend this estate agents to anyone! Asks you personal questions before you even view the property. You give them all the information to pass there "checks" to see if you would be accepted to be declined anyway. Very misleading and rude. The staff have awful customer service with couldn't give a crap attitude. Avoid at all costs.

FacebookI had a wonderful experience with the Kingsthorpe office. Marcus, Lewis and Olivia did a fabulous job finding the right buyer for my Mums house. They were so good about keeping me informed throughout the entire transaction. Even while I was part of the time in USA, and we juggled different time zones. They are such a lovely and professional team. I would highly recommend them. A massive thank you.

Really pushy agent who persuaded me to ignore my buildings report and supplied me with a roofers report of a roofer of the agent's knowing, stating the roof of the house I was buying was fine, when now that I'm in the house it turns out the builder report was right, the whole lot is rotten and needs replacing ASAP. Then they pushed the sale threatening that it falls through and with this forcing my hand and so ending negotiations. If you buy with this agent, be prepared to be lied at, manipulated and backstabbed.

Facebookfirst time I have rented and could not view when I wanted and the second viewing they didn't have the keys. no apology just didn't care. asked for it be cleaned before I moved in and was in an absolute awful state. my friends who helped me move in spent a couple of hours just basic cleaning so I could bring my stuff in. since then and many requests they won't clean. the flat smells and the 8 large ventian blinds are sticky filthy with years of dirt on them and when asked to clean they agreed first sending someone to clean 3 small ones, meaning she couldn't to them and had to come back, then corona meant she couldn't return. absolutely disgusting. the oven didn't work and took 3 weeks to replace but no refund due it seems!! never return calls never answer calls and I am stuck here for 5 months. I would rather get corona than what I might catch in this Flat!!!!! awful landlords and whoever is paying them to manage this flat is wasting there money !!!!!

I am a investor looking to purchase a property. Emailed to arrange a viewing for a property week ago. No response for over one week. Called last week to to arrange a viewing and spoke to a girl. I was advised that she will arrange a viewing but not got back to me 4 days gone. phoned on Saturday no one to pick up the phones. gets an automated message to leave a message but the mail box is full. Today I phoned again to check and the property is sold. Poor quality of service !
