I cannot recommend this agency either. The faciliated a tenant for me, and I purchased GoodLord rent insurance from them. A nightmare to deal with and no active follow up for payout. ORB holds the rent insurance contract and GoodLord is not easily reachable. While GoodLord has made payment for 2 months rent, I am still waiting for the remaining months. Stay away from both!!!!

Shocking letting agents - AVOID! There's not a great deal to add as everything has been said before in the previous few posts. The actions I experienced in the one year tenancy I had with this outfit were nothing short of criminal and in the end I moved to a new property just to escape the total incompetence from every individual I had contact with there. There were faults at the property from day ONE which were raised but never fixed. Only after quoting my legal rights was a basic repair made to the central heating last winter, weeks after it was first reported during the coldest period of the year. Staff were rude and never replied to emails and more often than not ignored calls. I was so glad to leave that property and I'm now with a decent letting agent, however my problems continued after leaving. Despite having the property professionally cleaned at departure, my deposit was partially witheld for the cost of cleaning affer I had left. Thankfully, following a three month process, the third party adjudicator has just ruled in my favour. Good riddance O'Rordan Bond. 20 years of renting around the UK and by a yard mile the worst agents I've ever dealt with. You really are an embaressment!

GoogleFirstly, to Steph; no one could have worked harder to sell our house. She was absolutely brilliant! Just when we were about to give up, she gave it one last push and sold it for us. Her determination and positivity never wavered, and we’re so grateful for everything she did. We are now moving to our dream home next week! And to Chelsea; Thank you for all your support and for keeping things on track throughout the process. Your calm approach, clear communication, and friendly manner made such a difference during what was a very stressful time for us and for her! We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team. Thank you both for going above and beyond to make it happen!

GoogleWe didn’t ever imagine we would go through the buying and selling process this year but at the end of May found ourselves with our house on the market in the care of Matt, Steph, Brady and the extended team! From the start there was full communication at all hours of the day, even a Sunday at one point and they didn’t gloss over the process. It wouldn’t be easy, but they would do everything in their power to find us our dream home and sell ours! How right they were! Steph and Brady did everything to sell and we soon found our dream home to buy! The team were always brutally honest about the situation and there were some bumps in the road through no fault of their own, but we believed in them and kept looking forward! Ultimately we have today exchanged contracts and are looking forward to moving day! Highly recommend the team at Weston Favel!

I had a contract with Oriordabond fir selling a property. I've decided to go with another estate agent after 10 days and I cancelled my contract with Oriordanbond. After 6 days I learned that Oriordanbond is still advertising my house online. This caused a big confusion to me. I would not advise to anybody to use Oriordanbond

GoogleWell what can I say.... I decided to put my family home on the market, a decision that has taken several years! After speaking with Matt and deciding to put all my trust in the hands of him and Steph (his right hand side) it was officially on the market! I was put in good hands, not only did they listen to everything I asked for they delivered! The constant communication, reassurance and the quick sale of my property meant we have been able to secure our forever home. When Steph and Matt say trust the process absoloutly do! And Trust them because they never fail! This is our first house move and honestly it's been amazing. People say its stressful, not the case with these guys! Steph, Matt, Caroline and the team behind the doors you have made this such an enjoyable experience! Thank you.

GoogleI have had a really positive experience with O’Riordan Bond, I bought my first property through them & have since rented it out utilising their services - I was really nervous as it’s my first time and Chelsea and Claire were amazing! They handheld me throughout the entire process and responded to every single question I had. I really appreciate all their time and help and have really built my trust. 100% recommend!! ☺️

I initially had a good experience with Stuart who showed me the house. From then I was not exactly sure who I was to be in contact with as several people emailed. I then spoke to Kirsty who was friendly and helpful enough. I did ask her to reach out to my lawyer for a few questions she asked but aside from that all good.However I am extremely disappointed with the service I received towards the end of the house purchase. When it was time to pick up the keys confusing and conflicting information from different staff. First time purchase so was genuinely concerned something had gone wrong. When I mentioned I would leave a review about was told Stef and Mathew “I am being threatening and aggressive”. As a woman of colour am I surprised by the language they used to describe me when expressing my disappointment at the service and confusion? No. Disgusted!

WHAT A BUNCH OF JOKERS….I RENT THROUGH THIS LOT. I PAY PROBABLY THE HIGHEST RENT FOR A 2 BED APARTMENT IN NORTHAMPTON, PAY RENT 10 DAYS EARLY EVERY MONTH FOR OVER 2 YEARS. INSPECTIONS ARE A JOKE, THEY CANCEL, DONT TURN UP AT ALL. THEY AGREED WORKS TO THE FLAT MONTH AGO…,GUES WHAT? EXCUSES AND NOTHING. THEY SEEM TO EMPLOY KIDS THAT CANT DEAL WITH ISSUES BUT ARE OBVIOUSLY CHEAP. AVOID AVOID AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

GoogleI have had the absolutely best service i could have asked for, especially from Chelsea and Javed. They really went the extra mile to ensure i was put at ease in a stressful time, but also they arranged everything efficiently. From the initial viewing to receiving the keys, a really smooth process. Truly the best agents I have dealt with. If i was ever to rent again, or buy, i wouldn’t hesitate to speak to Chelsea and Javed again.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with O’Riordan Bond. After applying to rent a property and attending a viewing, I was informed that my application had been successful. I was asked to pay the deposit, which I did promptly, and I completed all the required paperwork and referencing without any issues. The entire process took nearly three weeks, during which I was led to believe everything was progressing as expected. Then, with no warning, I received a call informing me that the landlord had suddenly decided to sell the property instead. As a result, I would no longer be able to move in. This last-minute change has put me and my family in an incredibly stressful and precarious position. I am required to vacate my current home by 25th July, and now, through no fault of my own, we are left scrambling to find somewhere to live, with very little time and under immense pressure. When I raised my concerns with O’Riordan Bond, they claimed they were not responsible because the landlord made the decision. While I understand that landlords can change their minds, I find it unacceptable that an agency would allow applicants to complete the full process, including financial commitments, only to be left high and dry with no accountability. I cannot recommend O’Riordan Bond based on how poorly this situation was handled. Renting a home is not just a transaction, it affects real people and families, and that should be treated with far more responsibility and care.

GoogleAbsolutely incredible team at Weston Favell - had the pleasure of using the team for my latest purchase and they were miles apart from experiences I had with other estate agents in the past from initial enquiry, to now having completed and if your ever unsure about if they’re right for you then I’d have full faith whether your looking to buy, sell, let, I know I would put my full trust in them. From Matt, Steph & Brady who have so much knowledge and experience in the area, able to guide me at every step along the way down to Sophie being the mortgage advisor I used being so quick to find me an incredible mortgage deal which I wasn’t even sure was possible, not just the best at what they do but a great group of people to talk to and get along with, you can tell that they really love and care about what they do. Thank you so much!

I had a very negative experience with O’Riordan Bond Lettings and I would stay clear if you want to save yourself time, money and stress.I found them highly unprofessional from the moment I took out a tenancy with them. They emailed me the wrong documents and leaked someone else’s personal data. On the day when I was supposed to collect the keys for the property they sent me to the wrong office and didn’t apologise. There were issues with the property that were raised and they never bothered to fix. They were very bad at communicating key information and some of the agents were particularly rude. Paige was particularly unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. They tried to claim part of my deposit to fix problems with the property that were already there when I moved in and we had to go through the very time-consuming process of starting a DPS dispute. I got my money back eventually but they’ve done this to other people (see previous reviews). Overall it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a letting agency

GoogleI had a wonderful experience with the team at West Favel. Aidan was supper supportive, He was very patient in explaining the process and answering all my questions. He was very good at finding me a lender with terms that suited me. Courtney and kirsty were really good to me too. Nothing bad to say about this team at all. Thank you guys for looking after me.
