Urgent😭😭 be careful when dealing with this company. They will ask for a holding deposit and pretend to do a credit check. They will later come back to you and say you don’t qualify for the Rent and will never pay you back your money. They have taken my £230 for no work done. Be very careful, they will scammed you!!!!

GoogleI have been with Northwood for over 20 years…their service is amazing I have always found all of the staff very helpful and in a timely manner… more recently I have been dealing with their new manager Jason Wells… service gets better and better

GoogleNorthwoods were extremely quick and efficient. They turned up when they said they would, and stuck to agreed dates as far as taking over the property. Everything very hassle-free, staff always extremely courteous. Many thanks to Daniel Dunkley, who managed the transition for me. Recommended.

Very stupid company. Stealing people hard earned money all in the name of holding deposit which will not be returned to you when they know that, they have their own prefer customers who they want rent their houses to. Be careful dealing with these people 😭😭 Scammers !!!

I moved from my previous agency to Northwood in 2021 as I was very unhappy with the service I and my tenant had received. Northwood couldn’t have been more different, the move across was made smooth and hassle free and I was always kept up to date with progress. A lot of renovation work was required due to previous mismanagement and Northwood handled this all; contractors completed work quickly and to a good standard. Any issues the tenant had were dealt with swiftly and honestly. I have recently sold the property and again Northwood (and Niamh in particular) made the process incredibly easy. All requests from the solicitors were dealt with by them promptly. I have had three companies manage my rental properties over the past 10 years and Northwood are by far the best. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleAfter managing my rental property personally for 18 months, I decided it was time I appointed a trusted property agent. I researched the market well, it was very clear Northwood delivered the best value proposition. Northwood found me a suitable tenant within one week of advertising, conducted all the checks & legal requirements and successfully completed the process. My property was only empty for two days, perfect result. In additional, the ongoing management is excellent. I have already required two maintenance jobs, arranged & completed by Northwood. My life is less stressful working with Northwood and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any of their services. PS - no hidden charges at Northwood means no hidden charges!

GoogleNorthwoods have been managing my property for me for the last two years. I honestly can't speak highly enough of the staff in the office. The girls are incredibly knowledgeable and always super friendly, they feel more like friends than my letting agents and have consistantly gone above and beyond to look after me, my property and my tenants. I am currently going through the eviction process and the support I have received has been very comforting. Tina and the rest of the team have continued to fight my corner despite my tenants no longer paying rent and therefore their fees. Whether you're a landlord looking for a management company, or a tenant looking for who to rent through, you wont find better than Northwoods!

The letting of my property was always excellent no matter what was required. The sale went smoothly and I was always kept informed of all updates. I have to say I will now always be recommending Northwood to any friends and family looking to buy, sell, rent or let a property.
