We rent our house in 2023 through Northwood Northampton. The staff were very courteous and supportive. We have lived at the house since then. They also manage the house and so I report to them of any maintenance need; and they are very responsive. I have never had a better property agency.

GoogleTina and her team have looked after me as a landlord for over 10 years. They are always so happy to help and really easy to communicate with. I have to go abroad frequently and they always looked after everything flawlessly while I was away. I recently sold my house through Northwood and Brogan was amazing; she is so proactive and kept me up to date at every stage. As I am not local to the property, Brogan and the team were also happy to travel to the house to check on things or speak to neighbours as required. Thank you!

GoogleWe used Northwood to sell our tenanted flat in Northampton in January 2019. Brogan was our agent and was a total superstar and made the whole process really easy and hassle free. I never felt the need to have to phone to chase up on an update as Brogan was already ahead of the game and would keep us in the loop on a regular basis. When we needed to push the buyers for exchange and completion dates she was very effective at getting what we needed. Genuinely one of the best selling experiences ever and I could not recommend Northwood and Brogan highly enough.

GoogleLouise is very professional and helpful, a pleasure to work with. I have a fair number of properties; Louise stays on top of all their issues. I am often out of UK so not easy to contact; no problem, Louise makes every possible effort to contact me but if she can't she deals with the issue perfectly. Lucy is always very helpful, keeping me updated when there are issues with the rent. She always sends my statements on time and is a pleasure to deal with. Jasmine is professional, happy to help and quick to respond. She is in charge of referencing Applicants to make sure they are suitable for my properties, she keeps me informed throughout the process. I have no hesitation recommending Northwood and the Team; they are excellent.

GoogleUrgent😭😭 be careful when dealing with this company. They will ask for a holding deposit and pretend to do a credit check. They will later come back to you and say you don’t qualify for the Rent and will never pay you back your money. They have taken my £230 for no work done. Be very careful, they will scammed you!!!! …
Hi Seth, As already discussed and signed for in your application, we are unable to proceed with a tenancy when false information is provided or a credit check fails. We have already sent a copy to you for your reference. As costs were incurred for these checks, we are unable to refund you.

GoogleIf it were possible to give zero stars I would. Northwood Northampton are the worst people we have ever rented from. Numerous lies and problems with the house when we moved in, any time we needed a problem fixing we had to pester and ring daily to get any movement, if they ever say "we'll call you back" they are lying. This is a company that has profited from making the decision that people do not matter and they can do whatever they want. They made the last year hell for my family and I do not have the time or patience to pursue a legal but I would if I could. Pay no attention to what others have said, they are polite on the phone but they do not care for you as Tennant's you are just money and they happily rake it in.

Our tenant experience from application process, move-in to move-out is vitally important to us and I’m sorry to hear we disappointed you Joel. We have a thorough and transparent move-in process with reference to our property inventory and I believe we worked with you on items you raised at the time, with consideration to circumstances which meant you were not able to view the property before move-in. On occasions properties do require maintenance and work was completed this work for you with various contractors with appropriate priority and to your availability. Once again I would like to apologise that you were left dissatisfied, and assure you this is never our intention as we would like all of our tenants to be happy in their homes. Please be assured your comments have been noted and will go towards the improvement of our service.

Northwood were friendly, approachable and efflient whilst helping me find a home and the paperwork that is done behind the scenes. There were never any problems, just solutions to making the whole experience seamless. To sum things up my experience dealing with Katherine and her team are second to none, always approachable but professional.

GoogleMy partner and I recently bought our first property through Becky at the team and Northwood. Before we found our new home we offered and started the process with a different property via another estate agents which fell through. We were left very stressed and disheartened, we were worried the same would happen again but Becky and the team did everything to make our lives and the process really simple, clear and easy. I cannot fault the exceptional positive attitude of Stephanie, Katherine and Daniel on every call or visit to into the Northampton branch. GoogleBeen with Northwoods for over 10 years and would never change. I find them fantastic to deal with and extremely professional. I have never had any problems and Northwoods ensure everything is taken care of. Katherine the Branch Director is amazing to deal with , she signed me up in the beginning and her communication and attentive to detail is way above any other agency I dealt with. I Rented a property through Northwood as a tenant. Very professional and thorough documentation. Very professional written conduct. Lovely clean and tidy office. Always prompt in response and very efficient. Felt like I always knew exactly what to do which made the renting process much less stressful than expected. When visiting the team was always pleasant and full of joy I would recommend to anyone as a tenant.

Must say a big thank you to Holly at Northwood Northampton , had an issue with squirrels in the roof , reported it to the office and got such a great response from Holly. Exterminator was on the phone within an hour and attended not long after. All squirrels delt with and repairs made to the access gaps. So thank you Holly for such a professional service

GoogleI am a landlord and have used Northwood Northampton for the last 3 years. I have used other letting agents in the past and I have to say I am very impressed with Katherine and her team. I have very few issues, and those I do have are dealt with very quickly and efficiently. The service that I get is excellent. I would definitely recommend them!
