FacebookAward winning my a**e, maybe in their opinion they are! Our gas boiler has not
been working for more than 48 hours yet despite reporting the fault on numerous
occasions via phone and email they have not bothered to contact us. We have had
no heating or hot water during this time. There are no emergency contact/out of
office details provided either - just leave an answerphone message or fill out their
online repair form that generates an automated waste of time and ineffective
response stating that they will be in contact within 24 hours, which they don’t do.
Yes it is 30th December today but it’s a working day and not a bank holiday.
Furthermore, our gas safe certification expired in November, some six weeks ago,
which is a legal requirement. Again no contact from them about it.
What a shoddy bunch of charlatans!

FacebookOne of the most dishonest, unprofessional and incompetent letting agencies ever. Trying to claim I haven’t paid my 12 month rent upfront despite it being in black and white on the agreement because their finance department and system are completely incompetent. Never get back to you even when you’ve been promised by a senior partner. (Andrew...still waiting for that call!). To top it off they will not conduct an end of notice inspection with me present. Lenwell I paid for new carpets in this property paid for new curtain rails throughout installed a new shower.....let’s see you try keep my deposit. TPO needs to start an investigation.
