High praise for the whole team at Howkins and Harrison in Ashby de la zouch. They helped us quickly sell our home and purchase our next property. GoogleHi Sunday Adeboye,have been trying different property agents since 2 to 3 months now without respond.Until I tried Howkins and Harold property agent in Northampton my story changed straight away.The young lady that attended to me, (Evie) gave a time to check the property and I went there she told me what to bring,to do as credit check and any other things to send to her which I did.This agent property staff,very calm very responsive and fantastic.Everything was sorted within a month when my credit check was done and am happy to introduce/ recommend Howkins and Harold to friends and families that are looking for straight forward property agent.Trust me you won't regret it using them.I will give them five big stars.

Her remit to achieve a sale, now under contract at an albeit undervalued price, due to Covid has been handled with extreme sensitivity on her part and is fine testament to her excellent selling skills. The staff at Lutterworth Branch in particular Ali & Beth, they were diligent, friendly and helpful all the way through the sale. Where necessary they were proactive with others involved to ensure things kept moving. Phone calls were taken and calls returned as promised and they took time to understand factors unfamiliar to them in that I was buying in Scotland where procedures are different.
