The staff at Lutterworth Branch in particular Ali & Beth, they were diligent, friendly and helpful all the way through the sale. Where necessary they were proactive with others involved to ensure things kept moving. Phone calls were taken and calls returned as promised and they took time to understand factors unfamiliar to them in that I was buying in Scotland where procedures are different.

GoogleJamie was brilliant, he sold our house on the first day it was on the market and was always honest about what it was worth which obviously showed with the interest immediately! He was helpful throughout the process and made selling less stressful, the service was exceptional and really outshines a lot of other estate agents and in future wouldn’t think twice to go through Howkins and Harrison again Thank you!

Just wanted to leave a comment on how amazing our experience has been so far. My husband and I viewed a property with estate agent Jenny Ponder on 30th October. Unlike many viewings we have had with other estate agents, Jenny was so friendly , honest and super enthusiastic from the get go. Often our experience has been that we almost felt we were an inconvenience to the estate agent that was showing us round - but not with Jenny. She is passionate and was extremely respectful in her service to the vendor too - it felt very personal. Jenny said she would keep in contact with us throughout the day (which she did), she called when she said she would and she was organised, professional but totally approachable and friendly. We have been lucky to have had our offer accepted and will hopefully deal with Jenny throughout!

Came down from Scotland for a gruelling week of house hunting in rural Northants, Beds and Bucks using a number of estate agents.I recognise the difficulty the COVID-19 pandemic has caused those involved with property sales and delighted to say all the agents we used were meticulous in managing viewings.I was particularly impressed with the performance of the staff at Howkins and Harrison. Very professional , knew their geographical area and were extremely helpful. Sadly for them I bought a house with another agent, no fault of theirs though. If I have to sell the house I’m buying Howkins and Harrison will receive the instruction.Particular thanks to Holly, Karen and Julian.

Evie was absolutely fantastic from the get go and very understanding of the predicament I was in in regards to securing a property as soon as possible. GoogleAfter a final inspection I was told there would a one deduction for a broken blind which I agreed to as I was aware of the damage. Since final inspection, a further deduction for another blind was added and despite several emails back and forth, no evidence was provided for the second broken blind. I was then assured that I would NOT be charged for the second blind. I then received another email from a different member of staff stating I WOULD be charged. The lack of clear communication and lack of evidence for deductions is unacceptable. I have now had to dispute through TDS. Whilst living at the property I let so many things slide (like the fact my heating was never fixed despite me asking) and now I am being charged for things that were not broken when I left. I would not recommend this agency.

GoogleChoosing a provider to value, market, show and ultimately sell your home is simple. The range of options, offerings and costs especially given the number of internet providers springing up is vast. However, choosing the right one is a little harder. We were recommended David Clarke at Howkins and Harrison and I now know why and am very comfortable recommending them in turn. The service went way beyond my expectations and I am a demanding client. The true test of a really good agent is stepping in and managing on your behalf with your instructions when things start to go wrong and get difficult - which they inevitably do with what is often a fraught and emotional transaction. Thank you to David and the Team - seriously impressed with you all.

GoogleI decided to use howkins and Harrison after seeing them sell a few properties in my area over the years and more recently 2 further properties, 1 was sold within a week and the other sold same day. David Clarke came and done my valuation, first impressions very personable, confident and enthusiastic, other agents I’d had to value my property were less confident and not enthusiastic at all. I had no doubt from that first meeting that david could sell my property quickly and in less than 2 weeks it was sold! throughout the buying process due to circumstances out of their control and also ours we encounter some difficulties within the chain however David and his team stepped in to help get the deal completed within days, I feel if I had gone with another agent the chain would have fallen apart. They went above and beyond, I can’t thank them enough for all there help and support.
