This gave me some initial red flags, but I decided regardless to give their Northampton branch the opportunity to market my property.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Ali from the Lutterworth Branch over recent weeks whilst looking to buy a home in the Lutterworth area. Can't praise enough Howkins & Harrison Lutterworth team, especially Deborah, Ali and Beth. We have been through a rough patch as our initial sale fell through, but the whole team didn't give up and we made sale in the end. Deborah was a star chasing all the chain, kept our sellers in the loop as well; so they waited for a second time around on our sale. It was a delight working with them. Beth helped us with initial set-up and been there throughout , and Ali was so flexible arranging all viewings. Whole team kept us up to date with all progress.We would certainly recommend them, and we are so glad we chose to work with them on our sale.

Howkins and Harrison were absolutely brilliant when selling my property.All members of staff were efficient and ensured our needs were met. Beth was fantastic at arranging viewings and following up these contacts with feedback provided immediately to both owners of the property. It was wonderful being part of the selling process and knowing in depth how well our sale was going. All colleagues, who managed the sale, were patient (which was needed with some issues that arose at the bottom of our chain) as well as professional, friendly and personable. Deborah was absolutely incredible at chasing our chain and going above and beyond her job. We were so happy with how frequently we were updated and she ensured we did everything to have a swift exchange and completion to our property. Evie and Javed was amazing and the 4 stars is completely for them! Landlord sold our property and Evie helped with finding another one, ensuring ourselves and 3 children had somewhere to call home. Having said this, I would wish that the property inspectors held the same standards when checking out a property as when conducting the inventory. Some considerations for the fact that houses are to be lived in would have been nice and the fact the property is a new build as when it’s an older property that gets noted. This definitely tarnished our experience. Unless you are going to repaint the whole property before you leave it you may as well say bye to your deposit.
