I had my house up with a different agent, and had no viewings in ten weeks. A friend told me about her experience with H&H and especially with David and Jamie, so I thought I would give them a try. David came round to value my house and gave me an honest appraisal of where the price should be and why I wasn't getting viewings, regarding the way it was being marketed. All of a sudden I was getting interest due to new photos and fresh advertising. I also met Jamie who was showing people the property, which sold on the second viewing. There were a few problems with other parts of the chain, but David and Jamie sorted this out and went above and beyond in my opinion. I would definitely use these guys again. I've brought and sold quite a few houses over the years, H&H are by far the best agents I have ever used, thanks again guys.

I started renting a property with Howkins & Harrison in August 2022 and the whole team have been so helpful! Evie was especially great at setting up the whole tenancy at an extremely quick but efficient rate and the lovely Mark Glenn has been so amazing and super helpful with a recent issue (to no fault of the letting agents) he has gone above and beyond trying to help get it sorted and I cannot thank him enough for his efforts. Would definitely recommend this estate agents to anyone that is looking to rent :) I’m sure they’re just as great with the selling and buying side of things too!

It was the manner in which the whole process was contacted right from the beginning, Karen and her team were relentless and they showed professional determination in making sure that there were no unnecessary delays, within a week of application processing the property was ready for us to move into it, she also went out of her way to help us with some start up furnitures she sourced from another tenant who was moving back to her country and for that we will forever be grateful to Karen.

I saw a house to rent with howkins and harrison Atherstone unfortunately we didn't get the property which was very upsetting for our family but lisa Swinnerton has been amazing trying to help us find another one people now a days no longer care about people or want to help but lisa goes out of her way a very kind, genuine, caring person. Both Nicole Ashenden and Karen Hickman from the Daventry branch have been nothing but helpful and kind! I have rented two properties through H&H and they have always been super transparent regarding the properties and supported me, giving frequent updates and reassurance. In our previous rental we were given the unfortunate news that the landlord was selling up which set off immediate worry as we have a young daughter, Karen called me to let me know and showed lots of compassion and offered me a alternative beautiful property within my price range which was better suited to my family, thus turning an unfortunate situation into a blessing in disguise. They had the property redecorated completely and ready for us within 4 weeks! Nicole and Karen have been a pleasure to speak to at all times and very swift with responses. 10/10 would recommend😊
