GoogleOne major factor for choosing Haart was the customer experience which Mat from the Haart Northampton office gave. From the onset he was tuned in to what we wanted and how quickly we wanted to make it happen and gave a personal service to what is a national company. GoogleAlthough I have had some teething problems with communication overall my experience has been good. The Property Manager Helen Marvell has always maintained good communication, clarified any queries or questions I have had and has resolved any issues also. I am happy to continue using them to look after my property and would probably use the company in the future should I consider selling also.
