My experience in dealing with Haart Lettings Agents has been an absolute pleasure and an experience I will not forget. At short notice Ali Ahmed, Northampton Branch Manager went out of his way to personally carry out a viewing on my property. Helen, Ali and Daniel were most helpful in providing practical advice when I was preparing my property for rental. They reassured me on decor and arranged for minor redocoration swiftly and at a reasonable price, calling the painter back to rectify some work with which I was initially unimpressed and without making me feel I was over-fussy. Haart secured a competitive rental for the property and kept me informed of viewings and offers on a very regular basis. The documentation has proved very easy to complete online. I recommend Haart Lettings and am grateful to them for their on-going support.

I have been very impressed by how professionally Haart dealt with the eviction of my tenant. Whilst as a landlord I felt sometimes things may have been dragging on, I appreciate Haart also had to give my tenant an opportunity to try to ‘fix’ things. They were being very fair to both sides which was good to see. Once it became clear the tenant had no intention of trying to resolve the situation, the legal proceedings were dealt with efficiently and very professionally. The steps involved were explained clearly and everything happened as they said it would. I understand that sometimes these matters may be handled differently depending on the person one is dealing with. In this regard, I was very fortunate and feel I must single out Helen Marvell who was very approachable, efficient, professional, patient and friendly in all her dealings with me. Rent arrears and evictions are very stressful issues to deal with and I am sure I would have aged ten years had it not been for Haart and particularly Helen’s management of this whole process. Thank you.

Having recently let my property through haart with one tenant moving out and another moving in I just wanted to say what a painless experience the whole thing was, this was in no small part down to the Lettings team and in particular Tom Marshall from the Northampton branch who kept me appraised of the condition of my property throughout the previous tenancy and after they left. He was extremely pleasant to deal with and did exactly what he'd told me he'd do, when he said he would. Communication and service was excellent, friendly and timely throughout. I would highly recommend the lettings team to which Tom is a credit.

We recently sold our house through Haart. The sale part was going really well, Leeson was really professional, we managed to sell under STC only one week after we listed (FIVE STARS!) Then everything went lost, it might be down to that we were in the chain, so the housing selling/buying took really LONG LONG time.. But during this Long waiting, the post-sale team from Haart is not so helpful and proactive. Every time, I have to chase up for an update rather than the other way around. At the final stage, it was really tight to just manage to complete the purchase before one party of our chain mortgage offer ran out, which is not ideal and was quite stressful. If estate agent was more proactive, the communication among all parties would be more effective. Since at the end, as seller/buyer, we have no access to the other parties and fully rely on estate agent doing the chasing job! Because this, have to change into four stars.. PS. There is an independent mortgage advisor recommended from Haart. My recommendation is don't bother, because all the amazing deals we were introduced and applied, we didn't get any of them. It wasn't because of bad credit, it just you were applying an unrealistic mortgage!

I wanted to write this review because i believe credit should be given where it is clearly deserved. I was considering selling my property to down grade to a smaller house as i no longer need all the room. I therefore had various Agents come out to value my property so i could get a rough idea of the price i could get. And i must say out of all the estate agents that came out to me that day Shirelle was the one who outshone the rest. She was absolutely fabulous!!! she came prepared with all of her knowledge was really patient with me answering all of my questions in detail and made me feel so at ease, where as the others were pushy and some even. I really would recommend Shirelle she clearly has a lot of experience and knowledge and she was A class and i will definitely chose haart when i eventually do decide to move. A massive thank you to Shirelle for restoring my faith in Humanity !!!!!

This review is the result of a simple request to view a property through Heart estate agents in Northampton. On arrival we were greeted by a friendly and cheerful professional, Chloe Humphreys. She put us at ease immediately. Before entering the property we had a few preliminary questions. Chloe was able to answer most of them. However she was also very honest on a couple of other questions, on one of them saying she herself had not thought to ask but also acknowledging she was only a few weeks into her new post with Haart. You might think this could be a weakness, but it was not. She was clearly calm and confident in this acknowledgement and it just added to her overall professionalism. As Chloe showed us around the property it was clear that she had a relaxed and positive rapport with the vendors, even though the property had only just gone on the market. It made for such a comfortable visit and I am sure, enabled us to also establish some initial chemistry with the home-owners, which is something that we would always be looking for to inform any eventual decision. Following our visit, Chloe made an immediate commitment to follow up with further communication the following day, and she has been as good as her word. Because we really liked the property we also followed up immediately with a phone call to the office and were equally impressed by the response in terms of their acknowledgement of our strength of interest and the advice given as to how best we could put in a firm offer. On the strength of this experience we are looking into switching to Haart to sell our own property.

Having called around a few local estate agents I found that haart really have great customer service. I felt no pressure at all. We haven't been rushed or hassled. It's just been smooth! Your colleague Ben is a true asset to your Northampton office. He has the exact tone and manner required to deal with people. I'm not sure that he knows it himself. I had a very good viewing experience. James was the agent showing us around, he presented himself very well. Even though he didn't know some of the answers to the questions I was asking, he was very humble and said he'd have the info to me by email. I compiled a lengthy list of questions and was amazed that most of them were answered on the day by email and the rest followed up the day after. The properties may not have been right for me at the time but a very good service regardless, keep on it James!

James from haart showed me around. He was very informative, helpful polite and friendly right from the first point of contact. James arrived ahead of time which meant I didn't have to waste time waiting for him. He informed me when he was leaving the office, which I liked, and I was able to track him on What's App. His appearance was smart and professional. He was happy for me to take my time looking around the property to make sure it was the one for me. He was very helpful with the questions I had to ask and very helpful with things inside the property. He told me about the local amenities and where the parks were. When I arrived home I received text confirming the information I had asked about. I was very impressed with the whole viewing experience with James. I give him 20 out of 10. Thank you James.

I've never been treated like that in my life! Your agent named Mateusz is completely inexperienced and gives you bad opinion! We've been set up for view one of your property in Northampton. There was a couple viewing first which is fine...after few minutes Mateusz informed us the house is taken exactly now. My question is, since when agent making such a decision?! I think landlord should be informed. You can't tell people off. Respect my time, and customer!!! Well done Mateusz! So unprofessional

Our experience was very positive despite a few hic-cups. The manager, Darren Reynolds and Mr Mohammed Ali, were the shining light for us. They were both brilliant for us. Nothing was too much trouble, I wish I could say the same for the rest of the company. Despite a number of calls, I am still waiting for my bill.
