GoogleHaart has very good reviews and that the reason I when to them to let my house. They dealt with everything, I was given some mis-information as to when I would receive my first payment but it was made all clear by Helen Marvell.
Myself and Haart had to move fast, my tenants viewed my house and wanted to move in within 2 weeks. I still had work to do to finish the house to a standard I was happy with, which left Haart with little time too.

GoogleIgnorant, inconsiderate and unprofessional. Left work early today to get to a viewing as agent wanted earlyish viewing. Arrived 10 minutes early. 20 minutes later phoned the office and told agent must be running late, but to give it 10 minutes and then knock on the house door. Told him we would not knock as the is intrusive. 10 minutes later phoned again, told this time that agent had not shown up for work today and vendor was not ready to show house. Shocking.

Googleused their maintenance service should be no service, as you get an opointment with a time and then they turn up hours later leaving you waiting all day for someone to come and still not fix the problems
when i phoned to complain they said how sorry they was but sorry however many times you say does not fix the problems or get my wasted time back
asked to speak to a manager 4 days ago and guess what still waiting for one to call so take it they dont exsist or have so many complaints to get through and i must be somewhere in there massive long list as cant think of any other explanition as to why no one has called me back

GoogleAli came round on Saturday, valued and took some brilliant pics of our home (he was very confident on the price, clearly good at what he does, very professional and we felt at ease with showing him our home) on Monday I had an email from Shirelle (who has been excellent from day one), they had already found a potential buyer, Tuesday we had an offer and accepted. We were really impressed by this and so pleased we chose Haart. We've had ups and downs with our buyer up to exchange and the only thing I would now change is the buyer but Haart cannot help this as they can only go by previous experiences with our buyer. I just hope that Haart do not continue to use this buyer as it was such a stressful sale. Holly worked really hard to resolve issues that came up and communicated with us exceptionally. Not forgetting to mention Josh who we also liased with at times who was very professional and always helpful! Thank you to you all at Haart! We got there in the end :-)
