Georgia who progressed the sale and liaised with all parties involved was calm, efficient and professional. GoogleChelton Brown use Steve Farmer Plumbing. Most of his reviews are fake by his staff. They drive like maniacs. Oh and they are abusive. Nasty and completely awful contractors. But Chelton Brown keeps sending them to their tenants. After complaints after complaints after complaints. Never ever use Chelton Brown. They associate with dogs. You'll get fleas.

GoogleTime wasters, poor communication and ridiculous fees. I was desperate to move into a flat but heard nothing regarding the progress of the application after I had agreed I would take the flat. Chased them for a whole 2 weeks only for them to tell me that the property was let to somebody else after continuously being told bogus stories.

GoogleAwful experience, we were told three times that Students with guarantor were able to move into the property so we arranged the viewing. We traveled from a different city to view it and right after the viewing they tell us we can't move in because we are students (?) Wasted time and hopes, very unprofessional.

GoogleAbsolutely useless, unethical, irresponsible agents that never listen to any complaints, and just continue their roundabout of negligence with their tenants Over 10 years of rent paid, and not a cent of attention to detail ever paid to any issues. Never use them. Save yourself.
