I have been renting a property out through Ashby Lowery for some years, however for the first time I've felt compelled to write a review given the outstanding service I've been given as a landlord by the current Ashby Lowery team. And while the whole team has been great, I'd particularly like to single out Natalie who has gone "above and beyond " in ensuring that my latest landlord experience as a new tenant moves into my property has been a really positive one. Great service and hugely impressed! Thanks to a really strong team!

2017 was a troublesome year with Ashby Lowery. They had a new finance system that meant we were not receiving rent, and a big turnover in staff which meant that things were not being done that should have been. By December 2017 I was totally fed up and was seriously considering appointing a new agent. At this point Louise Harrison stepped in and promised to ensure that the matters that were annoying us were addressed. We had heard such promises before and so were sceptical but decided to give Ashby Lowery a final chance. We are glad that we did. The turnaround has been dramatic. Louise has performed reviews of both our properties, ensured that we receive written reports with photos where work is required and has ensured that there is good communication. Our questions are answered, items we ask to be investigated are treated seriously, and we now consider that our properties are being managed properly, as opposed to being a simple rent collection entity. End of 2017 it would have been 0 stars. Now it is 4, and if it continues like this for the rest of the year we will give it 5

In my own opinion I would warn all others away from this company, do yourselves a favour and rent with someone else. Rude and hostile in their communications with you, as a tenant they think its acceptable for you to go without hot water and heating for weeks during winter statinh that it's OK because 'you have a kettle don't you?' repairs not done, maintenance not done, don't care as long as they are getting their money.

Steer clear from this company!! They were extremely friendly until they got my signature on the contract! Following that, I was absolutely appalled with their incompetence and on many occasions rudeness. Also, do not believe their empty responses to negative feedback, as I am evidently not the only one who has had serious issues with them. I regret not listening to those who warned me as well.. Shocking..
