Do Not Buy a Tilia Home!

Do Not Buy a Tilia Home!Almost 12 months of nothing but stress since moving in. Fault after fault after fault, badly managed, badly coordinated and a complete lack of any professionalism. If we could hand the keys to our home back to Tilia and have our money back we wouldn't hesitate!

Terrible absolutely Terrible.Slow really bad planning and I mean Really bad poor housing stock the list is endless. Be prepared for Noise Noise Dust Dust Dust mostly because they can't seem to get their act together. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your home.

Don’t not buy a house from this company they are absolutely useless and how they can call themselves developers is a joke they take your money then are not interested at all they use every excuse under the sun as to why they can’t put snags write they are awful at customer services literally a joke of a company don’t not touch one of there houses ever they don’t even deserve 1 star

The parking

The parking. Whilst people have ample drive way space on Snowdon Grange, they choose to park up pavements, on dangerous corners, so anyone with a small car cannot see to get out of a junction. Even have filthy tractors and muck spreader parked up kerb on one corner and nobody cares

I got my carpets changed today

I got my carpets changed today. Brian Aldridge and Rafal Bazuk attended from Tilia Homes to help with moving the furniture. They were both very meticulous, professional and friendly. They handled everything with care and ensured that everything was put back in place.I expected the process of the carpet change to be stressful but thanks to both Rafal and Brian it felt like a breezeThank you both very much
