GoogleI sold my house with SDL, our assigned agent, Rob, was very helpful and reassuring throughout the whole process. We took his advice on the guide and reserve price, and had the best result we could of imagined. If you are interested to sell your house quickly, I would definitely recommend arranging the sale through SDL.

GoogleI was apprehensive about buying via auctioneers having experienced issues in the past however, with SDL, the service was excellent, contact was frequent and the SDL personnel, from Tim, who hosted the viewings, to Property Manager, Rachel, were most helpful and knowledgeable. Felt re-assured throughout the whole process which went very quickly and without problems.
