Over 2 hours delay and counting in commencing online auction live stream due to "technical difficulties". Allowing people to bid is the core fundamentals of your business! You should be embarrassed.

We are very sorry for the technical issues that unfortunately prevented our auction taking place as scheduled today. Our bidding platform is hosted by a third-party service provider, Essential Information Group, and an undetermined fault caused the live stream video feed to fail. Unfortunately, we have no control over this system and have therefore taken the difficult decision to postpone the auction to Tuesday 5th September.

Following multiple experiences with other auction companies, some of which were really bad, SDL were a refreshing change. Credit goes to Andy, who went above and beyond to assist and guide me. It was entirely thanks to his advice and efforts that my property sold.

We were very grateful to Andy Thompson who put in great effort on our behalf, particularly on the occasion he went to visit the property and assisted when a nearby burst-water-main flooded the cellar. That saved a lot of time and stress. Thank you.

The service I received from all of the team was of the highest standard. Sam who I dealt with most often went far beyond what I would expect during what was not a simple sale. SDL have sold two properties for me and I would not hesitate to sell again using their services. I have never bought at an auction before but am now very likely to consider doing so - they are professional, friendly and deliver results. I can not recommend them highly enough

The lack of service at your auction house is appalling. I am waiting over 11 weeks to complete a purchase with no movement on the seller’s lawyers and no meaningful assistance from the auction house forthcoming - they just tell me to ask my solicitor. A slippery contract has bound me to a shambolic contract overseen by SDL auctions where I will need to pay arrears.

Often auction houses can be very a bullish environment but this is not the case with SDL. As a buyer I have found the team very professional and supportive. I have purchased 2 properties so far and I have found the support and advice from Andy Thompson invaluable as buying from auction can be quite daunting. Andy has guided me every step of the way to what I believe are good investments. I would buy again through SDL

Fraud company. Collecting fees, not selling properties. Careful what you sign up for because their terms state that they are not liable for anything.

I recently sold my pub through SDL auctions. They were professional from the get go- I did query with other auctions but I found these to be the most personable and professional of the 4 I consulted. Andy dealt with the sale of the property, he was approachable and friendly. The property achieved a much higher sales price than I had anticipated. I would highly recommend SDL Auctions.

I couldn't of asked for the helpful people after what had been a hard time for me. I got everything I needed to sell the house the people was very professional and polite and I was able to watch the auction live and I would strongly recommend them to anyone.
