GoogleWe knew from the moment we put our house on the market that our home would sell quickly . Richard , Christian and Ash worked hard to get the viewers in and the house was sold in days . Communication was exceptional . Aimee the dedicated person on sales worked with us for a few months making sure our sale was going through smoothly . Aimees contact and professionalism was done with great integrity throughout . With a few months of talking she became like a best friend and We will miss her. We had been in the same property for over 17 years so lost touch on the process after so long, but Aimee happily explained to us and made selling our property a lot easier by staying in contact with all parties concerned. My house was marketed and sold in the first few days achieving more than the asking price. Wow! Aimee communicated constantly throughout the sale and was so knowledgeable and patient. Aimees’ can do attitude made everything so much easier and alleviated any stress along the way. It is very clear that the team are passionate about selling property and I will be recommending Ashley Leahy estate agents to everyone. Thank you so much … it was a pleasure.

GoogleProfessional and competent. Honest and realistic discussion of the value of my property but even so they would advertise it at the price that I thought best. Photographs by a professional photographer and the drone shots really are the 'extra touch'. The sales progression manager ensures that everything keeps moving forward so the seller does not need to do any chasing.

He is passionate about his work and getting the best deal for his clients. Approachable, thoroughly professional and will always respond to your calls and emails . Nothing is too much trouble. He uses a top class photographer and is honest to the core when giving you a valuation and your house will sell ! He loves nothing more than a challenge if you cannot sell your property but remember that is sometimes due to the fact it is overpriced. Our house had been on the market for 6 months with only a few viewings. We got Ashley on board and we accepted an offer within a month.He is up front about his charges and you will be paying less than the standard rates charged by other agents. GoogleAshley Leahy are a fantastic company to sell your house through! We spent 5 months with a high street agent who was unable to sell our house. Ashley sold within 7 days and got asking price for us. They're not particularly cheap (like the online agents) but then nor are they expensive (like the high street option). The key with them is that at every stage it felt like we were getting value for money - this can't be under-played when selling what will most likely be the most valuable asset you'll own in your lifetime. Service and communication were fantastic but the biggest immediate selling point for me was the professional photographer that visited to help market our house (photos and a 3D tour were included in our price). I'd just assume this would be how every agent worked. As it turns out, the majority seem not to. I am confident however that this was the main reason we had 5 viewings and 2 offers in the first week. Once the house was sold, the next bit was brilliantly managed. Every question I had was answered same day. They remained on the case of all stakeholders and had no problem with us chatting to our prospective buyer at a later viewing and keeping in touch subsequently. All in all we sold and were moved into our new place in 8 weeks - unbelievable at a time when the market is so hectic and its so well known how busy solicitors/estate agents are at a time the stamp duty breaks are so high on peoples agenda. For the sale, the photos were of the highest quality and arrangements for viewings were all sorted without any fuss. For the purchase, getting viewings on properties was also easily arranged around our availability and again without fuss. Contact throughout has been very responsive with calls to solicitors backed up with a call or an email to us so we were informed of current progress.
