This was our first time selling a property. The team at Ashley Leahy were very friendly and efficient. They managed to get our property Sold STC before it formally went to market, the process was made very clear and communication throughout was excellent. We hit a few bumps/ delays with our buyers solicitor, but Aimee (our Sales Manager) always went above and beyond to smooth any issues and make it as stress free as possible. Today we completed and moved into our new home with the most hassle free of moves. (3rd time of buying a house). I would like to recommend Ashley to anyone who is thinking of putting their house up for sale. I was a little hesitant at 1st because he was so much cheaper and I’m a firm believer of you get what you pay for (£3,000 cheaper than a leading high street estate agent), but after meeting Ashley for the 1st time it was very clear he was the right guy to sell our house. He sold my house in 3 days of it going on the market after 5 viewings and some of these were outside the usual viewing hours. He also sold it for £10,000 more then the high street estate agent valued it for. So I’m £13,000 up which helps me so much with plans I have to make my new house into a family home. Ashley is a lovely guy with a wealth of experience who clearly knows his trade extremely well. He was also on hand to answer any random questions I had even late into the evening. He also gave me advice on the property I was buying even though he wasn’t the agent for that sale. Thanks again Ash. When I’m ready to move again you will be my 1st call.
