GoogleThe Estate Agent of your dreams - Simply the BEST I have ever encountered - Profesional, On the ball, Knowledgable, Friendly, They really work their socks off for you - (unlike the majority of Estate agents who just place an advert then sit back) And all this for a remarkably low price . Cannot praise highly enough - totally reccommendPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleMy husband and I recently purchased a property in Weston Super Mare through Ashley Leahy Estate Agents. We were impressed with their professional service from our initial enquiries, the accompanied viewings, negotiations and especially from the Sales Progression Manager, Georgina Hodge. GoogleWe were instructed on a particularly difficult sale involving some six parties and trying to track down missing people to get documents signed - Georgina Hodge worked alongside us magnificently and without her proactive help exchange wouldn't have been achieved - a shining example of a first-class estate agent.

GoogleVery impressed from start to finish. Ashley went above and beyond what I would have expected and made me feel like he was very much on top of the game and looking after my best interests at all times. Having had experience of high street agents previously, the service provided by Ashley was poles apart (and half the cost!) and he shouldered all the stress of selling a house for me. Would highly recommend.

GoogleAshley Leahy dealt with my father and his partners sale. From initial instruction, followed by professional photography of the property, to accompanied visits, they were truly professional throughout. After an offer they dealt with everything diligently. They treated my father and partner through the sale process with care and updated regularly. I cannot fault the staff.

He has been supportive throughout the whole process, and I have been especially impressed at how responsive he has been at all times.
