GoogleI cannot thank Starkey and Brown enough, their staff are always friendly, helpful and put me at ease at lot with my first house purchase and Lucy the sales progresser was an absolute angel so kind and caring always took the time to answer my questions and help me get answers I needed she is a total sweetheart and helped in any way she could. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Starkey and Brown to any anybody if they found a new home through this company. Lucy you are amazing thank you ever so much again.

GoogleWe sold our home with Starkey and Brown in February 2021, the process was so easy and stress free! They kept us up to date with all stages and we’re very easy to contact when needed. Kara come out to the house to value and take pictures, she was so lovely and made me feel relaxed by the whole process (our first house sale). Would 100% recommend Starkey and Brown which we have done for family and friends since our sale.

GoogleAt Starkey & Brown I was assisted with a valuation and advice for the potential sale of a property. An appointment was easy to arrange to my convenience. I was promptly met at the house by Property Consultant Kara Mortimer. Kara viewed the property before taking time to offer some genuine and very useful advice in a nicely simple but professional manner. The appointment was successfully concluded in a reasonable time and importantly without any pressure whatsoever. Well done Kara and Starkey/Brown.

GoogleKara came to value my house as I wanted to sell. She did a great job and the pictures she took were brilliant. Very friendly and gave my all the information I needed very clearly. I had a courtesy call the following day from Melanie which to me meant a lot. Amie then took over and she was also great as she sorted out a query I had straight away and again very friendly. With the marketing that was done my house sold in about 10 days. I’ve since had call from Lucy to keep me up date with the progress. I can’t rate Starkey & Brown high enough.

GoogleHaving read other Google reviews, I invited Starkey & Brown as one of three local agents to potentially list my ex rental property. I was initially impressed by Kara’s professional attitude and so agreed for her to list the house. Even though mine wasn’t the nicest on the street, Starkey & Brown secured an offer in just eight weeks. The whole team have been very approachable, professional and made the sale hassle free. I would recommend their services if you are looking to sell in the Scunthorpe area.

GoogleWe recently sold both our properties through Starkey and Brown and they were fantastic! My original sale fell through and they were able to take me on as a client, market my property and have me an offer accepted within 3 business days. Everyone in the team was helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. I didnt have one bad experience with them throughout my sale and their help with our subsequent purchase. We both have to say that Lucy Atkinson is an asset to the team. She was our Sales Progressor and I have nothing but glowing feedback. She knows what's happening with her cases, she'll stand your corner and she'll be there to support you through the highs and lows of buying and selling houses. We had some terrible experiences with my solicitor and nearly ended up homeless for the weekend. Lucy was still with us right up until we got our keys. We both love Lucy and she's definitely the biggest reason to choose Starkey and Brown. Don't hesitate to give them a call.
