I had a great experience with Starkey & Brown when letting out my house. From start to finish, the team were professional, efficient, and made the process easy. Kara was very detailed and knowledgeable about the process of how they would handle everything and how long it would take to get my house up and rented. Kay kept me well informed throughout the process, found a suitable tenant quickly and handled everything with care and attention to detail. The communication was clear and prompt and if I had and questions they were helpful and informative about them which made the whole experience stress free. I would highly recommend Starkey & Brown to anyone who is looking for a reliable and professional letting agent.

After a poor experience with Pygott and Crone (Lincoln) we decided to contract Starkey and Brown to sell our house and were so pleased we did. From the start they were friendly and helpful, the listing looked good but was realistic and they arranged plenty of viewings. We also purchased our new house through Starkey and Brown, and throughout the sale and purchase process we were kept informed and updated. Anita was great, very supportive and reassuring and updating me as things progressed. All went smoothly and we were soon moving into our new home. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Kay is without a doubt the kindness and most professional person I have worked with in this industry. We had our property on the market with a well known estate agent in Scunthorpe for over 12 weeks, we felt they left us idling, they were only interested if we brought the price down. Starkey and Brown took over, Kara was amazing. She came to our home to speak to us, she was ready to take pictures there and then and within 24 hours, our property went live! Having just had a short notice period from my landlady - I had to find something suitable quickly for my family - Amiee was brilliant with all my questions and in helping me find the right home.
