GoogleI have recently sold my home through Taylor's and felt it would be appropriate to share my experience throughout the process. They where able to find me a buyer within a two week period and provide with guidance from start to finish. The one thing I was happiest with was that they where able to stand by their word, they found me a buyer, concentrated on finding me a home (and succeeded) and delivered on their promises.
Despite a couple of hiccups along the way I believe that they where honest, clear and had my best interests at heart.

I am particularly grateful to them for pointing me in the direction of their in-house Mortgage adviser (Country Wise Mortgages) Lorna. Her help and support enabled me to obtain a mortgage dispute not being the typical customer! Her knowledge is vast and she does not take no for an answer. With a personal lack of understanding in this area she was able to guide and advise me on what would be best for me. She was available on hand from our first meeting literally right up to the exchange . I am very grateful for her help and can safely say that I would not be the proud own of my new property without her. I would advise anyone who feels that they would not be able to get a mortgage due to being self-employed or any other circumstances to go and see her.

Awful estate agents - selling a property that wasn't even available to buy led us up the garden path after we had forked out £200 for mortgage valuation and then £600 for survey. To then be told seller hasn't even given notice to tenants worst customer service no apologies avoid at all costs!
