Ewemove has been managing our rented property for over 2 years now. I personally feel that Khilan and his team have been fantastic in finding a very good tenant in the first place. Secondly the team have been regularly visiting the property every 6 months to check if our property is being in good order and maintained well by tenants. Communication is always smooth. Khilan and Rimple are always available for a chat or a piece of advice which is very rare with other agencies. The whole experience was very smooth and even when the bank delayed my mortgage approval for silly reasons they hold their stance and negotiated with the seller to keep me as buyer and not put it back on the market. I do not have enough words to express my gratitude to Ouali, Alfie and Khilan (Ewe Move Finchley) for selling my property so quick, efficiently and above the asking price. The personal treat from Ouali from day 1 up to now, I can say he is like part of the family. He loves his job, and he perfectly knows the process. He is a great advisor during the different stages, and he is able not only to manage expectations in both sides but help and keep things moving when issues come up.
