I bought my first home with Ewemove and discovered just how stressful a process this is! However the Barnstaple team are really great. It was always easy to get hold of them, everyone I spoke to was helpful, friendly and responsive. You deal with a lot of different agencies when buying, and in my experience the Ewemove team are the best of the lot. You want to be able to talk to someone when needed, and get the information and advice quickly. Ewemove did exactly that with warmth and professionalism. I highly recommend Barnstaple Ewemove and I wish to thank every single one for their help and support. I dealt with Katie from EweMove in regards to potentially buying our first home. We decided to do two viewings in one appointment. Having now had 5/6 viewings in total for properties in the area, my partner and I both thought that Katie was by far the most warming, knowledgable and helpful, when compared to individuals from other local agencies. We chose to not pursue either of the properties we were shown, but Katie offered ample time for us and has since offered alternatives without coming across as being too pushy or 'spamming' as other local agents have been. It's also worth noting that other local agents have ignored our feedback after viewing, whereas we were happy that Katie had actually acknowledged our response and proceeded to help us further, rather than just pushing similar value properties our way. We look forward to potentially hearing from her in the future.

After using two other estate agents during the sale of my late parents' bungalow, one local and one national, I decided to give EweMove a try. Unfortunately, my experience with the national agent (named after a South African deer!) was disappointing, so it was refreshing when Tom came to value the property and immediately demonstrated a professional, knowledgeable and helpful approach. The sale was not without its challenges, including one buyer pulling out, but we finally exchanged contracts today. Throughout the entire process, Tom and the EweMove team have been outstanding. Their communication has been excellent, whether through WhatsApp, email or telephone, and I was always kept informed of progress and next steps. Selling a family home after losing my parents was an emotional experience, but Tom and the team made the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible. Sarah was our estate agent from when we started renting the house for few years ago, we never had any issue dealing with the letting though out the tenure. One of the worst agencies I’ve dealt with. I would not recommend Ewemove Estate Agent in Finchley to anyone looking to rent, buy, or sell a property. After I finished my tenancy, they raised issues that simply didn’t exist, seemingly just to satisfy the landlord and justify keeping my deposit. The whole process felt dishonest and unfair. Dealing with this team was extremely stressful, especially Khilan. No matter what, they make you feel like you’re always in the wrong, even when you’ve taken good care of the property. In the end, you’re made to feel powerless and risk losing your entire deposit. If you’re looking for a smooth, transparent, and professional experience, I strongly advise you to avoid this agency. Never renew or continue a tenancy with them, and don’t risk losing your hard-earned money.

Avoid. Highly unprofessional, unreliable, and a total scam. Sarah Fitton is exactly as others have reviewed her, dishonest and a scam. She takes your money for her property management services, and she doesn’t deliver at all, on the contrary, she creates and leaves you with problems that she never solves. And then flips blame on you. I’ve lost so much money thanks to her and my house has irreparable damages. This agency is not to be trusted. Not as a tenant. Nor as a landlord.

Trustworthy and efficient, friendly service from start to finish! Appointed Ewemove North Finchley to sell my parents residence. In an extremely competitive high street we went with Ewemove as Alfie, Khilan and Shabnam all displayed the highest level of knowledge of the market, detailed knowledge of the area and were the friendliest and most down-to-earth with no nonsense approach. Alfie in particular spent 90 mins with my parents explaining the whole process from start to finish and alleviating all their concerns, much more than any high street agent was able to do! Although not the cheapest agent they displayed the highest level of integrity and trust in the marketing and negotiation process.
