Fantastic service

From a base point of not having any idea how to proceed when I suddenly was faced with selling my parents' home, Donald Ross stepped in and did everything seamlessly. I need not have worried - they are very professional and they really know their business. They led me through the process, explained everything and communicated with me at all stages. I was also encouraged to phone them with any questions or concerns I had. My parents' house sold in three days for a very good price, without me even having to go to a closing date, so a great result for me and my family. I can highly recommend Donald Ross and their staff to anyone.

A very positive experience.

After 6 months of viewing houses, submitting ever increasing offers, and still loosing out, we took the advice of Helen Hunter, and went for it, with the house we have now successfully bought. Advise, and feedback have been excellent, from all at Donald Ross, either face to face, or on the phone. So much better than all the others, where we missed out. I have previously used Donald Ross for their estate agent services and always been impressed with their professionalism. This is the first time I’ve used their letting agent services. Whilst they may not be the lowest cost option, the services they’ve provided to me as an overseas landlord, unable to get back to give any on site assistance due to Covid, have been above and beyond my expectations. Every step of the process in preparing the property for rental, has been dealt with efficiently and professionally, with good communication, when needed. I would highly recommend their services!

We have had a wonderful and quick experience with Claire at Donald Ross. We had put in a verbal offer before even viewing a house, the client wanted us to view it first so that’s what we did. Claire met us at the property, let us take as much time as we needed then had a chat with us about our offer. Exceptional Service

Both Gavin and Maureen provided exceptional service from the very beginning to the end of the selling process as they both provided us with great advice and regularly kept us up-to-date. First class service from the team at Kilmarnock. Everything from start to finish was efficient and very thorough. No sooner had our sales brochure arrived, there was a man at the bottom of the garden putting up a sign, and more further up the road. Michael, Susan and Caitlin (and many more I’m sure) looked after us, and nothing was too much trouble. They’d been drumming up business well before our house hit the market and we were averaging 2 viewings a day until it sold A WEEK later. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
