Helpful, professional and friendly staff. From my initial contact to put the house on the market, it was live within a week. The professional photographer did an excellent job representing the house accurately. I was advised in advance when viewings were arranged. All in all a very good service.

FacebookTerrible service, arrogant and very unhelpful. My partner and I were going to rent a property through Donald Ross and paid our deposit but swiftly asked for it to be returned after they told us they will not proceed unless we pay £65 per person to conduct reference checks. This practice is illegal and they are the only letting agents I have ever dealt with that had attempted to do this. Avoid at all costs.

They answered questions and were so helpful when my friend viewed the property on our behalf. They were also able to recommend a fantastic solicitor and advised us the whole way through the process. Excellent service received from Tracey. Tracey took all the stress from selling the property by organising every stage. She couldn't have helped any more or been any friendlier. We were delighted when the property sold within the first set of viewings with a seamless transition. We were also delighted with the selling price achieved as well. Can not recommend enough.

We decided to use Donald Ross because of the very professional and helpful approach from Gavin Urquhart. He explained the process clearly and simply to a pair of elderly novices. All marketing procedures, including photography, were well handled, resulting in a very quick sale. One concern we had was about the short length of time allocated to each viewer.

Donald ross are not necessarily the cheapest estate agents around in todays competitive market , however they provide a good service all the staff are very professional , fraser really knows the market and will get you the best price possible , I recommended them to my friend who was also very happy with the service provided , highly recommended .
