Stuart Ellis came to my property and explained the selling process and then arranged for a professional photographer to come and take photos and take measurements to create a floor plan. His passion for selling properties was apparent from the first moment we met and it was him that made me transfer agents. He stayed in regular contact and has answered any of my questions without hesitation. Chloe Aldous created the the particulars of my property and put it on rightmove and zoopla. I had a few queries and she was extremely responsive. The property went on the Market last night and I am very happy to say I have 6 viewings booked already. I cant praise these 2 enough they are obviously great at their jobs and a credit to the company.

From the moment I met Lauren and Taylor, I knew that they were absolutely the right people to help me rent my home. They were both genuinely enthusiastic about the house and the way it was presented, I could sense the excitement in them about marketing my property which made me feel good. I felt instantly that I could trust both Taylor and Lauren to help me find the right people to move into my beloved home. My property was put on the market for more than I suggest as the girls felt my property deserved a little more. As they knew the market and the area well I was happy to go with their suggestion. Not only did they turned out to be absolutely right, the house was renting out in less than 48 hours and £800 more than originally asked! They both have been incredibly helpful about general advice and just genuinely wonderful people to deal with. Moving out of your home is a very big step, but both the girls were reassuring at every stage. Credit to the both of the girls for being genuine, honest people. After the good quality photos had been taken, she created the details of my property in a professional way, and once I had approved them, she then made them live on Rightmove. Within a week I had been offered the asking price. Her manner is always friendly and approachable.

Unhelpful, uncooperative and uncommunicative. We paid 6 month's rent in advance (and still had to pay for credit checks!!!???), were good tennants, left the property in perfect order and ended up having to wait 3 months to get our deposit back because William H Brown doesn't know the meaning of customer care. Great at making excuses and justifying poor performance. Couldn't even email us to say the deposit had been returned and needless to say, no apology for the long delay.

If I could give less then one star I would the staff at this branch have been an absolute nightmare to deal with over the last few months, spoke to three members of staff over the space of 4 days and was told three different stories all contradicting each other there is a word for that.They don't return phone calls and was therefore having to chase them all of the time to get Information.Even the seller had given up on them.Would not recommend this branch to anybody

Was told when I first entered their office that they had high standards,well after 4 months of dealing with them all I can say is if that was a high standard of service I would hate to see a low standard of service from the very beginning the staff have been a nightmare to deal with they don’t return calls or pass on information even the seller they were representing stated they don’t even phone their office because in their own words they are useless. On one occasion I spoke to three different staff in the space of 4 days on each occasion I was told three different stories take from that what you will I call it lying.This is the first and last time I will even deal with this firm a most stressful business from start to finish
