I can highly recommended William H Brown as the estate agent to use when selling your house at auction. Emma was amazing, she was always there if I had any problems and my house sold for WAY above the guide price as she said it would. Chris was so supportive throughout the process and the open houses were a breeze with the help of Harvey, who has also been great helping me to find a new home. The rest of the team have also been great, always polite and helpful. All in all they made selling my house easy and stress free.

We have been helped by Beth in getting a tenancy completed (first timers) as we are making a move to Norfolk from London. Daisy did a fantastic job for both my partner and I. We’re first time renters and with one of us moving from the bottom of the country I can imagine it wasn’t easy. She kept us up to date regularly and got us moved in smoothly. I can’t recommend Daisy enough!!

Jade Remblance has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Without Jade the purchase would not have gone through so quickly and smoothly. Useless people. Phoned and spoke to someone who said she would get someone from lettings to contact me. They did but said their manager needed to deal with it, and he would get him to contact me. Chased twice by email without success. Gave up. Terrible service.

Jasmine and Daisy were great with helping us to move into our rental property quickly and helped us get through all the paperwork and processes with the minimum of hassle. We viewed the property and were moved in within 2 weeks.

Very inept disappointing service. I found Nicola to be rude on the phone and didn't seem to have any incentive to want to help me. They were completely out of the loop with a property we were trying to purchase. I wouldn't recommend using this branch.
