GoogleBelvoir has been the most helpful and friendly Estate and Letting Agents I have had the pleasure of working with. I bought a property from them and through the buying and letting process they helped me through each step. They really have gone above and beyond, supporting me with my solicitor through the buying process. They helped me through the letting stage, taking the time to talk through the contract, giving me advice on other properties and consulting me with regards to potential tenants. GoogleWill definitely not recommend. We enquired about viewing a home and the letting agent told us sure no problem and would get back to us as we had questions about the property she did not have the answers to. We never received a call back and we had to chase up to find out what was going on. Only to hear they already have someone they are probably going to go with! (Sounds like a compromise.) Why didn't they say that on the phone instead of telling us we could view it later on in the week? Completely unprofessional and so sad the landlord missed out on good tenants such as ourselves. We'll be taking our business elsewhere and avoiding ALL properties advertised by this company! Train your employees Belvoir!
Please accept my apologies that you experienced this. The properties do let quickly and we are unable to hold them. We would certainly not have wasted your time in viewing a property that was not available.

GoogleI've recently purchased a property through Belvoir and I must say they've been great! I have personally been liasing with Anthony Jackman and he's been brilliant. No doubt he's made the process run a lot quicker and smoother, resulting in completion after just 2 months. Another thing to add and something I personally appreciated, he was very quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. Keep up the good work guys! Would definitely use again!

Direct reviewsWe instructed Belvoir to rent our property as we were relocating to Cyprus. From the outset we found the team friendly, professional and knowledgeable giving us the confidence that we could trust them with the management of our property. They provided a great sales service supported by photographs and written details which once released attracted a number of potential tenants within just a few days. They helped and advised us in the selection of the tenant and made sure all the appropriate checks were carried out before any agreement was reached, liaising with the tenant on our behalf making the transition from our move to the tenants occupation seamless. Excellent service from a professional, local company.

GoogleMyself and my wife had been renting in Watton with Belvoir being our letting agents for the past 2 and a half years. They have always provided a good, prompt service, quick to reply to emails or answering phone calls regarding all issues and unlike some estate agents we have used in the past they took all maintenance issues seriously and tried to get them rectified as quickly as possible. More recently we have purchased a property through Belvoir and have found the whole experience pretty good, we mostly had contact with Anthony in the Watton branch and he was always keen to check on the progress of purchase and make sure everything was moving along as it should. We would use them again and would recommend either renting or buying through them.
