I have had the good fortune to meet Carol three times in the last few months. She is impressively knowledgeable, a great listener, and helpful. She showed me a house a short while ago which I really liked; unfortunately is sold the next day. However, it has come back onto the market and Carol contacted me to let me know before it was listed.

Really Really worst experience ever happened to me in this country from a letting agency. I was letting a property from them and was forced to break the tenancy after 6 months due to medical emergency for my family member. Informed them about the situation and let them know that if i have any hidden charges to break the tenancy, i will stay until my contract ends and the letting agent said there won't be any hidden charges and once i moved out from the house they just paid me £23 deposit back where the actual deposit was £1038. Really they are robbing people and don't know how they are gonna survive this money. Each and every minute of hardwork made us earn this money and they sit in the office and give false informations and easily rob people

We are in the process of looking for a property in Norfolk in order to relocate. We were due to leave the area but spotted a property on the Belvoir! site at the last minute. Not thinking they would be able to show us around at such short notice we were surprised when Kevin Lopes returned our call and agreed to meet us at the property at 10.15 that very morning (not in 2+ days time, which had been our experience with some agents). Kevin could not have been more helpful showing us around, he had obviously done his homework regarding the property (as the vendor was not available that morning) and anything he was not sure about he promised to get back to us with the answers (which he did that afternoon). He was a most likeable young man, very courteous and respectful, and us being 'old school' is something we warmed to. A most pleasant and reassuring experience. Well done Belvoir!

A few years ago we embarked on our first buy to let property. We considered buying a new build locally, but before we committed ourselves to the purchase we contacted Patsy, who subsequently met us at the property. From that moment we have nothing but praise for the way Patsy and the team she has assembled has helped, advised and supported us over the last 4 year's. Even offering words of advice and encouragement on the purchase and management of another property that we subsequently managed ourselves. For us this was going above and beyond, a small thing but this reassured us we had found the right management company. Special mention must go to Anthony, Kevin & Danni and there would be more who would have supported us All of which are professional, open, honest & transparent, good communicators, whilst managing expectation of both landlord & Tennant alike.

Belvoir have been a pleasure to work with as our letting agents. Danni has always been very kind and helpful to us throughout our rental stay. Communication was always quick and and if we ever had a question or problem she would always find a solution to help. Kevin was very polite and courteous towards us and helped us a lot during the property viewing stages, he helped us move in quickly. The Property Administrator at Belvoir in Watton, who we deal with, is Megan Stratton-Dennis. We contact her regarding any maintenance issues at our property. Megan always deals with any issues we have promptly and efficiently. She keeps us informed about her communication with our landlord and regarding professionals calling at the house to do work. We find Megan to be really approachable, friendly and helpful. Megan is highly professional and is very pleasant and understanding to deal with. We find all the staff at Belvoir to be professional and helpful like Megan.

Viewed a property a couple of weeks ago. We completed an application form on the spot with details of job descriptions, salary, move in dates etc. before leaving the property we agreed for a call back at 11am the following day however, since then we’ve had radio silence and no one from Belvoir has bothered to contact us. Very disappointing service and would not recommend using them as an estate agent.

I have used the Belvoir Sales and Lettings through the Attleborough Office for nearly 20 years. I have seen a number of staff turnovers in this time. I have consistently received excellent service from them. They have always been quick to respond, always making sure I am well informed. Their advice has been sound, always fair and reasonable which I have particularly appreciated. They have found good tenants and been able to keep them and myself happy. I have recently sold a property with them which did not go as smoothly as expected, although they were not responsible for this. They took on every problem managing it and taking responsibility for a solution. They were the voice of reason and sense, pragmatic and empathy at all times. Their team work, for me over the years, has ensured a great service from their central answering system to their accounts, admin staff and Anthony their man who ran my sale for me, and indeed the Franchise owner who bothered to call when things were not going well. I would highly recommend them as an estate and letting agent.

I can only speak as I find and for us using Belvoir at Watton has been a positive experience. They have dealt with the letting of our house for a few years now and as far as I am aware they have treated our tenant with respect and dealt with whatever problems they have had as swiftly as possible. Personally we had a couple of issues when we first started letting through the agency but these were swiftly dealt with and once we were up and running it has been a very positive experience. Everyone makes mistakes but being able to hold your hands up and apologise and put whatever the problem is right swiftly with the minimum of fuss means a lot to us. They are very professional in their handling of all aspects. They are always polite and helpful when we have contacted them. They seem to deal with issues swiftly. I would thoroughly recommend this letting agency to anyone.

As first time landlords, we were looking for a letting agent to take us through all the nuisances of letting a property in the UK and provide the necessary guidance and assistance to ensure all our legal obligations had been met. Our experience with the Belvior Watton branch, specifically Anthony, has so far been first class. Living abroad, we needed to lean heavily on Anthony and his team to complete some outstanding refurbishment work to better prepare our house for the rental market. From the start, we felt like we were in very safe hands. Anthony and the team have been transparent and extremely helpful at every stage. 10/10! Our experience was amazing from the first email! They were extremely kind and flexible. Anthony was our main letting agent and he was so informative and answered EVERY question we had(it was a lot of questions). The landlords are so sweet and we're so great to my son, they left us beautiful flowers the day we moved n which just makes us feel so welcome! Moving to a new country can be extremely stressful and they all made it so seamless and comfortable! I can't say enough good things about them. They even gave us these welcome boxes upon move in! I thought that Belvoir was only a rental company. I bought a house via them and I was impressed at their attitude. They were completely honest throughout and very helpful. No messing about. Have asked on more than one occassion to not block my access but the guy is just down right ignorant, for want of a better word which i can't use here. I cannot recommend highly enough the team at Belvoir Watton office. Having recently purchased a property through them, I am extremely grateful for all of their help all the way through the process.
