From someone that is no stranger to estate agents due to moving around quite a bit, Carol has absolutely blown our minds. What a breath of fresh air! We have frantically been trying to find the right home for our family as we're moving quite the distance. Weve all been very nervous to take such a giant step but Carol completely put us at ease. Not only did she find us our perfect home, she gave us all the important information about the area and has gone the extra mile for us from the start. I have used Belvoir Watton since 2002 to find tenants and advise on tenancy matters for a property I have had to let in Norfolk. They have always found ideal tenants in a professional and efficient manner and I would highly recommended them as letting agents. Recently I have had to sell the property and decided to use Belvoir Watton to act as agents. Once again all the staff were very helpful and efficient but particularly Anthony who’s knowledge of marketing and selling a previously let property was excellent, and his persistence to see the deal through and keeping both parties solicitors focused on the sale was superb. Cant recommend these guys highly enough.

From the time we decided to sell our "buy to let property" the Belvoir Team have given us the most urgent attention to enable us to have a quick sale. This was achieved without any major problems and we must thank them very much for their service, and for suggesting the lawyers to use as they were completely "on the ball" and answered every query immediately, as we answered them back in return. Really Really worst experience ever happened to me in this country from a letting agency. I was letting a property from them and was forced to break the tenancy after 6 months due to medical emergency for my family member. Informed them about the situation and let them know that if i have any hidden charges to break the tenancy, i will stay until my contract ends and the letting agent said there won't be any hidden charges and once i moved out from the house they just paid me £23 deposit back where the actual deposit was £1038. Really they are robbing people and don't know how they are gonna survive this money. Each and every minute of hardwork made us earn this money and they sit in the office and give false informations and easily rob people
