GoogleWonderful experience from start to finish! We found our dream home through Belvoir. The team are extraordinary. It was a complicated move. Very long distance, lots of pets and stress. Everything that could have gone wrong did go wrong with our sale, BUT Belvoir literally saved the day on many occasions, especially Carol. We would've lost our sale and potentially our purchase if it hadn't been for Carol. Amazing lady, and an amazing team. With Belvoir by our side, we made it. Thank you ❤️

GoogleI have used Belvoir Watton since 2002 to find tenants and advise on tenancy matters for a property I have had to let in Norfolk. They have always found ideal tenants in a professional and efficient manner and I would highly recommended them as letting agents. Recently I have had to sell the property and decided to use Belvoir Watton to act as agents. Once again all the staff were very helpful and efficient but particularly Anthony who’s knowledge of marketing and selling a previously let property was excellent, and his persistence to see the deal through and keeping both parties solicitors focused on the sale was superb. Cant recommend these guys highly enough.

GoogleI've been using the Belvoir team in Watton for some time now. Anthony and co helped me initially preparing a property for rental and subsequently finding tenants. I'm very satisfied with the quality of service received. Anthony also spent time on the phone with me to clearly explain the changes to rental law expected in spring. A few agents were called in to do a valuation but Belvoir were head and shoulders above them. We had help and advice from Anthony, the Manager, and wonderful sales progression through Carol. They really couldn't do enough for us and we are extremely happy with the service all the way through. It's so good to be able to speak to people who really, DO CARE! Thank you for the wonderful service to the entire team at Belvoir. We will be using again in the future, that's for certain.

GoogleI have been a maintenance contractor for Belvoir for a few months now following a conversation with lidia, lidia is such a polite and confident person to speak to it makes a refreshing change. The administrator I deal with the most is fiona Hartley, fiona is very efficient and polite, it's a pleasure to work with her. The rest of the team are equally as good. Patsy has done an amazing job in building such a professional team. I recommend Belvoir without hesitation.

GoogleFrom the time we decided to sell our "buy to let property" the Belvoir Team have given us the most urgent attention to enable us to have a quick sale. This was achieved without any major problems and we must thank them very much for their service, and for suggesting the lawyers to use as they were completely "on the ball" and answered every query immediately, as we answered them back in return. The subsequent questions raised by the searches were quickly resolved amicably with our buyers through the professionalism of the solicitors and here we are now passing our property over to the new buyer.
