From the initial valuation all the way through to the completion of the sale, the team at Grants provided regular updates along with knowledgable input, advice and assistance. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting the personalised service that, I believe, only an independent estate agent can provide.

GoogleCouldn't recommend grant estate agent enough! From the initial valuation I knew I made the right choice with them. They have great knowledge and expertise. They communicated with me the whole way through the process and helped chase things up for me as my onward chain became a bit complicated. So happy with the service.

My experience with Grant’s Estate Agents has been 100% positive so far. The staff are all highly professional as well as always friendly and accommodating. I was very pleased with the way my mother’s house was presented online and found the manner in which the viewing was organised really efficient and hassle-free. ‘Sale Agreed’ was achieved in just over a week and all being well the sale will proceed smoothly. GoogleI wonder are Mr Grants vendors aware that he is blocking serious buyers from viewing their property, costing them a potential sale. Is this the agent you want to sell your house ? I hope the arrogant unprofessional way he run's his business doesn't stop your property getting an offer to buy.
Serious buyers don't engage in rude and abusive behaviour. Mark rang to request a viewing of a property listed less than 24 hours earlier. The member of staff gave him two times next week when we will be conducting viewings at the property and was asked if either of those suited. They didn't. He then requested a Friday viewing but our vendor client has specifically asked for no veiwings on a Friday. At this point Mark became rude and sarcastic to the member of staff who took a beat and tried to re-engage with Mark to find an alternative time. The rudeness and sarcasm continued so she asked him to refrain but he just became more verbally aggressive. She put him through to me and I agreed to listen back to the phone recording and call him back. Upon calling him back he continued to deny that he had been rude, even though the evidence was clear in the recording, which I offered to send to him. I'm sure our clients appreciate the steps that we take to vet potential viewers before letting them into their properties. Manners cost nothing. Our door is always open to genuine buyers but we simply ask for some basic respect.

The very professional pictures and video of our home were taken in the morning and by 4.00pm we were receiving viewing requests. Our home was sale agreed in five days. Many thanks to the staff at Grants.

I would highly recommend Grant Estate Agents. They have now sold two properties for us, and both times it has been a seamless service from start to finish. The photographs are taken with an eye for detail, which really helped sell our last house. We were also very impressed with how all the team were up to speed with the details of our properties and kept us fully informed of any developments. Our buyers actually said they would use Grants in the future, I think that says it all.
