Very BAD experience. Want to bid on one of property and tried Online Bidding. But app was not working. Tried to contact on telephone but no one pickup the phone. One person did pick and told me that their IT department have an issue and have to wait to bid as it will be resolved. I kept calling but again no picks up the phone. And when picked up, was for telling me that bidding is finished. Seems suspicious, feels like they don't want general people to participate in the bid as it was for some of specific people only. A day before the auction, I had called their office to discuss, what are the options, if Online bidding did not work. They assured me that it will work and don't have to worry about it. But at the end, they sell the property where they want to sell it. Very Bad experience.

How have these people even got an auctioneer license? The descriptions in their auction of Ashbrook Garden Centre stock are shocking: very non-specific, incorrect names/numbers, lack of details on dimensions & voltages, vague narratives, spelling errors, no reserves on anything, and prices too good to be true.

GoogleThey ddvertised a job role for someone to start ASAP for admin assistant. I left the job I was In and could only give 1 days notice as Wilsons needed me ASAP. They let me go after 2 days as they 'misjudged their workload' didn't even tell me to my face and now I'm jobless. Should have listened to all the negative feedback I heard about this comany as a whole but I guess I was reeled in with lies and false promises. Hope they feel good about themselves. Very unprofessional company and don't onide by covid regulations also.

GoogleWas left waiting to collect items I had already paid for for so long that I had to leave as it was taking much too long. Was told that their system was down! Despite me having paid the day before surely they could have set my items aside and marked as paid AND also despite me ringing before I set off on the 2 hour drive to get there. Youd think they would have something in place for collections that have previously been paid, especially when I've told them what time I was going to be there Update- I am now back to pick up my items and still aren't ready. I arrived at 11.30am it is now 2.30pm and still nothing

GoogleI bought from this auction a Hurst trade in on the 6th of January 2019 took it to my mechanic to be told the turbo was under boost needs replaced, sump plug has been welded into sump, also needs replaced, i paid £2550 plus auction fees for this and when i called the auction they told me i can only run it back through the auction ( so badically pass it on to some other unsuspecting buyer) this is unacceptable and i would WARN anyone buying from this place or HURST trade ins BEWARE!!! I will be taking this further!!!!-

GoogleAdvisable to go in early if you want to get a bidding number for the unreserved auction. I bought a top spec laptop in very good condition for close to nothing and I am using it everyday without any issues or what so ever... The staff is friendly and helpful when ever you need assistance.

GoogleBEWARE BUYING THROUGH WILSON AUCTIONS, I recently purchased a car from the auction, it was sold as seen, 15 miles I got before engine blew up. This car was submitted for sale by Charles Hurst and my mechanic tells me the fan had been disconnected deliberately as the thermostat housing was faulty and the dash board would have been lit up like a xmas tree so by disconnecting the fan no one would know so to me a very very bad experience and I would BEWARE of WILSON AUCTION as they are as guilty as the perpetrator.
