GoogleGary is a true asset to northgate he is an excellent letting manager, he was very helpful, he showed me how to view my accounts online which is very useful when your always working. They have been excellent from marketing of my property to finding a tenant would highly recommend Northgate.

GoogleI would absolutely recommend any one that needs the services of Sharon at Northgate to do so with no hesitation, Sharon has always been available , has provided answers to every question even questions that she perhaps had no involvement with and fought my corner at every stag Sharon has made what can be a very stressful process so much easier, she is always happy and smiling which you can actually hear even down the phone Simply , what a great experience because of Sharon.

GoogleNorthgate have managed our property for over 10 years. Most of our tenants have been long term which indicates that any issues have been dealt with promptly keeping tenants happy. This in turn keeps us happy knowing our property is in good hands, especially as we do not live locally.

GoogleI can't recommend them enough truthfully. At the time of my viewing and application I was going through a very difficult time and had no income and was desperately trying to sort that while trying to secure the flat which I'm currently now in. I was staying with relatives overseas and trying to get this all done via emails and the few brief phone calls before I left and they were incredible the entire time. I felt like they worked with me through the process making sure I knew what I needed to do and send, sorting out deposits that would hold the property until I was not only back in the UK but also had my income sorted and giving assurance at a time I really had little else. Every agent I've had interactions with was been respectful, professional and above all friendly and that holds to this day. As a side note; they also managed to persuade the landlord to let me keep my cat. That may seem trivial but I can't imagine how much harder the last couple of years would have been without having my tiny fluffy flatmate alongside, especially during lockdowns. GoogleRight from the start, I have been impressed with the professional and efficient service that I have received from the Agency. My property was in safe hands with them. They did everything in their power to make my role as a landlord smooth and trouble free. They went beyond the call of duty in managing the property. Even the transition from one tenancy to the next felt seamless. Every query was answered and resolved. I would recommend the agency without reservation to family and friends.

GoogleWe have lived in a house rented out via Northgate for a year now, and I can not wait to move out! (Thankfully we are soon). The house has had a serious damp issue since day one, it was cleverly hidden when we first moved in. Northgate and the landlord have done very little to fix this and have shown no interested in our welfare. Other issues have occurred, and have been very slow to be resolved. The most recent is the toilet has broken, so the water tank continually runs water into the toilet. This is costing a fortune in water and we are now in day 4 of waiting for it to be fixed. When we called Northgate (for the third time) they just told us it was down to the plummer now and showed no interest in wanting to help. When you consider the fees they take, they need to pull their finger out and do more. It's not acceptable.

GoogleNorthgate Estate Agent in Darlington delivers it's services very effectively and efficiently due to it's well conversant and friendly staff. More so was Sharon Sapford who was handling the sale of my property. She is very friendly, professional , patient, and more so very human as she was sympathetic and tolerant my situation due to my poor health. Sharon marketing skills is beyond any other i have come across and this made the sale of this property possible dispite the bad house market currently in the country.
