Northgate Billingham- Lee, Katy, Hayley & Jess are all absolutely fantastic at what they do! They helped us through the whole process and kept us up to date at all stages. They even helped with our onward purchase. We couldn't have done it without them. They were always on hand to answer any questions and when i needed to speak to somebody it was easy to contact them. Outstanding personal service

Northgate Darlington really are excellent - their service is very personal, always keeping you up to date - I never felt I was out of the loop at all. The photos and video that were taken of the property were absolutely fantastic and we sold our house within a day. We were recommended Northgate because of the previous service to one of our friends and we were not let down. A special thanks to Connah who really made it a personal service. Thank you!

Northgate estate agents. Don't deal with them as they scam people by adding tenent into what app Group and you loose all your evidences which you have sended them and they even not recognise you after you finished your tenancy. Always use email. I lost most of my deposit as I use what's app to send them the evidences which I lost.

Excellent friendly professional service

Northgate have managed my property for over 10 years. They have always been available to help with everything I've ever asked them to do and kept me informed about every aspect of the house. Recently I sold the property through them which was done professionally and in a timely manner, honestly couldn't ask for more from the team. Big shout out especially to Gary, Christine and Claire, who, if they ever got sick of me calling all the time, never showed it :-)

Fiona at the Newton Aycliffe branch was a breath of fresh air to speak to, I am an agent myself calling the local agents as I have a property I need to find the perfect tenant and she was the only person I felt gave me a friendly professional approach and advised me on everything the company provide as well as additional information. Due to Fiona I am proceeding with Northgate Estate Agents. She mentioned she was new at the company but the impact she had on myself as an agent was outstanding, she is an asset to their team!

Shocking estate agents. I have asked to view various properties to rent in Newton Aycliffe & have either just been ignored or told the property had been rented after failing to inform me that viewings were no longer available and to cap it all been told the landlord had taken the property off the market after waiting and waiting for someone to get back to me. Even after a friend who lives in Newton Aycliffe went to the office to find out what on earth was going on northgates have continued to ignore my requests to view other properties. Disgraceful customer service and very dubious in their business dealings with potential customers.

Brad Spinks, the gentleman from the Darlington Office, was excellent. He was very professional, courteous, kind and made us feel very comfortable when viewing the property at Darlington. Had the pleasure of dealing with Connah for a house purchase. Connah was efficient from the moment the offer was agreed. I was kept up to date on the proceedings at regular intervals and never had to chase him up for infomation or updates. Progression of the sale proceed nicely even with a delay on the day of completion (again which Connah kept me up to date on the matter). Now looking forward to working with Connah and the Northgate team moving forward to let the property and will be coming back to Northgate to expand the growing investment portfolio over the coming years.

I don't think there are enough compliments for Sharon Sapsford. I was assigned to Sharon and I have never felt more looked after by an Estate Agent. She really cared, I genuinely don't think I could have got a better service from any other Estate Agency. From offer through to completion she kept me fully informed, I didn't have to chase her at all, she was proactive and helped me to progress to completion. She also recommending solicitors who were also excellent. What more can you ask for? she certainly made the process much easier and less stressful for me. Sharon was friendly and approachable while still being totally professional. She is an asset to Northgates. I really couldn't have asked for a nicer Estate Agent. If I sell again, I would definitely go back to Northgates (and Sharon), with that level of service, why go elsewhere? Thank you Sharon Sapsford

We've recently completed the sale on our house and overall, Northgate have provided an excellent service. From beginning to end it was seamless and the whole process went without a hitch. Sharon Sapsford was our contact person and she was always easy to reach, quick to respond to my emails, and often contacted me before our solicitor did to advise on the current situation. Previous to our sale, Northgate handled the letting of our property and were equally efficient, polite and professional at all times, even through tricky tenants and when the situation was stressful. They were able to get a full bond back after less than satisfactory tenants and did everything they could to ensure our house was well managed. Gary leads the team and he was always quick to respond to my emails and do everything he could to help, even when I was a little demanding! Thanks Northgate, you've been fabulous! Highly recommend!

Do not use Northgate Estate Agents. I had nothing but terrible service from start to finish. - Viewing took place without knowledge of the landlord - Viewings were cancelled without knowledge of landlord or pervious tenants - Contact details were not changed despite informing Northgate 4 times. - The final communication was just a completely made up name - 90% of chasing was done by the landlord - Complaint made verbally but no improvement seen - Complaint made via email and feedback was that these things take time. This was not my complaint, it was the horrible service Will not use Northgate again.
