GoogleReally impressed with Northgate Estate Agents who I purchase a property via last year. I was dealing with Brad who I would say is an asset to their company. He was extremely professional throughout the purchase. Always kept in contact with me and any questions I had were dealt with swiftly with no issues. Processes were explained clearly which helped take any usual buying stresses away. I would definitely recommend this company!

Kyles attention to detail, constant updates and support are a credit to him and he has been a delight to deal with - I shall miss his cheery disposition & regular phone updates - thank you all 👍

GoogleNorthgate have managed one property for me since 2007. While the property has had its problems, the team at Northgate have been brilliant throughout. From simple (they answer the phone, keep me informed of all actions taken) to the complex (dealing with various building issues and many third parties) I have always had total confidence in everyone on every occasion. I only wish they could manage properties in other parts of the country for me. It is a pleasure to be able to write these few comments - top class all round.

I was constantly kept up to date with the progress being made and never had to chase him / Northgate for anything. Great guy, great company, great experience!!! Highly recommend.

GoogleThey will try and fleece you out of your deposit at the end of tenancy with extortionate costs quoted. £275 for dusting, as an example. They'll have decent properties, but it's not worth them robbing you at the end. - To the reply below, I sent the same pictures to some local cleaning companies for quotes to see if the cost was accurate. All came back with around £90 for the job. One even replied "Jesus Christ!!" when I told them the amount charged.

They chased slow Solicitors, we're patient with my ignorance to the process explaining everything (often multiple times), and we're super responsive (even when I was calling multiple times daily!) GoogleI have used Northgate Estate Agents for a number of years as a landlord. I would not change. Nothing is a problem I am informed prior to any service the is going to be done. Informed when has been done and informed if there is a " house" concern usually with a solution to solve it. I would recommend Northgate for the future.

GoogleAs an independent cleaner I work for many agents and landlords and it always amazes me how some tenants leave their properties at the end of their tenancy term and expect their full deposits back. I recently completed this house clean for Northgate see pictures. The tenant stated it only had a bit of dust, I think the pictures paint a rather different story. It required all carpets cleaned, the kitchen was disgusting with all appliances and surfaces filthy, greasy with dust everywhere, all internal windows and frames were dirty, the bathrooms were covered in a greasy film and mold on the silicone and the toilets were very unclean. I work for many agents, however, I can honestly say the quality of the properties supplied by Northgates are superb. They have to protect both the landlord and tenants and unfortunately in this case it is the landlord who is out of pocket due to other damage to the property. Interestingly I charged £275 for this clean and it took me two 10 hour shifts before it was to the standard expected for re-let.
