GoogleNorthgate Estate Agent in Darlington delivers it's services very effectively and efficiently due to it's well conversant and friendly staff. More so was Sharon Sapford who was handling the sale of my property. She is very friendly, professional , patient, and more so very human as she was sympathetic and tolerant my situation due to my poor health. Sharon marketing skills is beyond any other i have come across and this made the sale of this property possible dispite the bad house market currently in the country. I would recommend her and the company to any one wanting to sell their property and would do business with you any time in the future KUDOS !!! GoogleI would strongly avoid using these to let with if you are just looking, I viewed a few properties with them last year and have had non stop, several times a day, harassing, spamming emails to do with their properties listed, I have emailed them several times politely asking them to remove me from their mailing list, then followed the steps they require to be removed, and continued to get emails...I then threatened a complaint if they did not stop emailing me and I am STILL getting non stop emails off them several times a day spamming my inbox. I have had to report this to the redness scheme as it is beyond a joke.

GoogleTerrible service, can't get anything done in the house by them. I've been burnt too many times by either them or the landlord who goes through them. Wouldn't recommend renting from them if you're expecting a house that doesn't constantly need fixing. The people on the phone in the offices are great, but it's the people who work through them i.e, builders, plumbers, etc who are very unreliable.

This guy takes no account of any unique details, such as outlook etc... he works on recent, previously acheived selling prices of properties that are not compatible. You can do this yourself! Use an inline service if only as a gateway to the main internet sites that won't allow private advertisers... now, how do you spel cartel?

GoogleA friend of mine has tried a couple of times to arrange viewings on houses with a view to purchasing. Once they didn't bother to turn up just left him waiting.
